Still riding the high from our first EveryBODY beginner heels workshop taught by the phenomenal @af.rys!

Two hours where @af.rys helped us set intentions, get into our bodies, work on our walks and balance in heels, and learn some fun choreo.

The word I chose at the beginning of class was free. That’s been my word of the year. Sharing that room with all these beautiful people, hyping each other up, and exploring movement left me feeling truly free. I needed this space, and it means everything to see how deeply it resonated with
others too!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to dance! Thank you to everyone who reposted and shared the flyer over the last few weeks, and of course to @af.rys for leading such a great class!

This was only our first, and we are officially hosting another one! Drop a 👠 in the comments if you want the sign-up link as soon as we drop our October date!

introducing a raw, all-natural beach exfoliation ✨

nothing but white, sand, sea salt, and a whole lot of skin 🤎no choreo this time — just a group of women fully in their bodies, fully themselves, moving together the way you only can when you stop thinking about it.

this song could not have been more perfect for this moment. thank you to every woman who rolled around in that sand with me and gave it everything grateful doesn’t cover it🤍

more to come — gonna keep a little of this summer warmth going as it gets cold✨

freestyle by these women themselves🤎

a summer’s kiss 💋 part one✨

we felt so close to the sun on this one☺️something about letting your inner child run loose that just heals you. pure play, pure joy, not a care in the world — this is what summer’s supposed to feel like 🤍

thank you so much to every single person who showed up and brought this to life 🤍 the energy, the time, the heart you all poured into this — it means the absolute world to me. i still pinch myself that i get to dream these things up and watch so many beautiful people bring them to life. being this new to dance and already getting to create experiences like this, with people like you? i don’t take it for granted for a second. thank you for trusting me and saying yes. i love you all 🤍
