NYC: Our October beginner heels workshop is here! 👠

We are so excited to continue our monthly series. EveryBODY is hosting our next 2-hour beginner heels and movement workshop on Sunday, October 25th from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM in Manhattan. Studio will be shared closer to date.

Led and choreographed by @af.rys, this session is focused on building confidence, power, and dance foundations:
• Body Scans: Tuning into your body, alignment, and grounding before we move
• Heel Foundations: Safe balance, and weight transfer
• Choreography: A beginner-friendly heels routine

Fee: $20

Heels encouraged, but sneakers or socks are completely welcome!

💜 Created for plus-size dancers. EveryBODY is welcome.

Still riding the high from our first EveryBODY beginner heels workshop taught by the phenomenal @af.rys!

Two hours where @af.rys helped us set intentions, get into our bodies, work on our walks and balance in heels, and learn some fun choreo.

The word I chose at the beginning of class was free. That’s been my word of the year. Sharing that room with all these beautiful people, hyping each other up, and exploring movement left me feeling truly free. I needed this space, and it means everything to see how deeply it resonated with
others too!
