I LOVE standing arm springs so much! It’s a complete test of co ordination and requires full body strength in the powerhouse, posterior chain and arms.

Traditionally, standing arm springs were often reserved for Joseph Pilates’ male clients because the springs were so heavy. While the equipment may have evolved, the challenge remains the same: maintaining control, alignment, and whole-body integration while working against significant resistance.
