Lately, life has felt like a million little things happening all at once. Building dreams, making plans, figuring things out as I go, and trying to slow down enough to actually enjoy the life I’m creating. 💭

Today in class, our intention was Santosha, one of the 5 Yoga Niyamas. Santosha meaning, contentment and acceptance. Santosha doesn’t mean you stop growing, dreaming, or wanting more out of life… that is ✨essential✨ It means you can appreciate where you are while still becoming who you’re meant to be.

A little reminder to myself that I don’t have to have it all figured out to be right where I’m supposed to be.🤍

fun fact: I used to fall asleep to Alan Watts lectures when I was 17-18. I always woke up with a clear perspective on the dream I was creating in my head that I now get to do gratefully call my life 🦋☁️🪽 by @alignwithalexa__
