Three years ago, my sister and I opened the doors to Aligned Movement with a dream in our hearts and so much hope for what it could become. We had no idea how much this little dream would change our lives or how much meaning this community would come to hold. 🤍☁️

Looking back, it’s hard to put into words what Aligned has become to us. Yes, we are a yoga and Pilates studio, but more than anything, we are a place where strangers become friends, hard days feel a little lighter, people discover strength they didn’t know they had, and everyone can walk through the doors exactly as they are and know they belong.

Thank you for choosing us, trusting us, showing up for yourselves, and allowing us to be a part of your lives. We never take for granted that you could spend your time anywhere, and you choose to spend some of it here with us.

Jules and I have always believed that when you lead with heart, stay true to what you believe in, and surround yourself with the right people, something really special can happen. Aligned has taught us to take risks, believe in ourselves, trust the process, and keep dreaming even when the next step feels bigger than we’re ready for.

We built Aligned because we wanted to create something meaningful. A place that makes people feel good not just in their bodies, but in their lives. A place filled with kindness, connection, and possibility.

Thank you for believing in our dream, growing with us, and making Aligned so much more than a business.
Three years in, and we are only just getting started. We love you all more than you know. 🤍

This week’s inspiration was a reminder to help people feel seen. As we come off such a meaningful Team Appreciation Day, we reflected on how powerful it is to show up for one another, appreciate each other’s presence, and build a community where everyone feels they truly belong.

This week, we invite you to move through the world with a little more intention. 🌊

✨ Hold the door for someone.
✨ Smile at someone as you pass by.
✨ Learn someone’s name.
✨ Reach out to someone you’ve been thinking about.
✨ Tell someone how much you appreciate them.

The smallest moments often leave the biggest impact. You never know what someone may need that day, and a simple act of kindness can remind them they’re seen.
