POSTS STORIES REELS

I took the stage last night at my 5th Fitness Olympia truly not knowing if I would ever be back.

Competing with a completely torn ACL was far beyond anything I could have imagined. The last two weeks were a constant exercise in pivoting—changing my routine, working to get a custom brace expedited, scheduling surgery, starting prehab, reworking my posing routine, and borrowing costumes when my designer ghosted me.

But yesterday, I soaked up every single moment.

I cried. A lot.

Not because I was afraid of the road ahead, but because there was a sadness in not knowing what comes next. For the first time in 10 years, I had to stand on that stage and wonder if it might be the last time.

Only a handful of people knew what was happening behind the scenes. But I made a commitment—to this sport, to the IFBB, and most importantly, to myself—that I had to see this through.

And I did.

The hardest part of the day actually came after the routines.

It was telling the women I’ve shared the last 10 years with that this might be my last rodeo in Fitness.

And while I can’t say for certain that my Fitness career is over… I do know that my bodybuilding career is not over.

That realization carries a lot of weight.

Ten years. Six professional wins. Five Olympias. More memories, friendships, lessons, heartbreak, and growth than I ever could have imagined when I started this journey.

I’ve gone so much further than I ever intended to.

So for now, I’m choosing to be grateful.

Thank you to the IFBB, the judges, my friends and family who have supported me through every chapter, my coaches and mentors who have believed in me, and every sponsor who has stood behind me along the way.

And to my boyfriend—thank you for standing beside me through one of the most emotional and difficult days of this journey. ❤️

Whatever comes next, I know this much:

I left everything I had on that stage.

And I wouldn’t change that for anything. by @allison_ifbbpro

Redemption in the face of personal grief. 3rd place at @arnoldsports feels like a dream.

The last year tested me in ways prep never could. Grieving through it all. Showing up to train when life felt heavy.

Holding the vision when everything around me was shifting.
Learning how to stand on my own again.

This season isn’t just about stepping on stage. It’s about redeeming the version of me that almost forgot who she was.Finding myself. Believing in myself. And proving to myself that I’m still her. ✨

Self-trust is built every time you survive something you thought you couldn’t. 💗💗💗

Torn ACL? Not a problem for her.

17 Days post OP and my quads have two different personalities 🤣

But truly, this rehab has been TOUGH but every day I’m closer to not just feeling more like myself, but being a stronger athlete both physically and mentally.

I’m learning to be patient through this season, and know I can come back from this and be BETTER than before. It will just require me to do things differently and that’s OKAY!

🦿 Currently navigating recovery from ACL reconstruction (Would not recommend)

My world is a mix of business, leadership, fitness, coaching, and figuring it out as I go.

Right now, that means trading the stage for rehab, redefining what progress looks like, and trying to convince my quad that we’re on the same team.

A little business, a little bodybuilding, a lot of organized chaos, and always learning to adapt when life has other plans.

If you’re new here, welcome to my world. 🤍 by @allison_ifbbpro

You can change the plan.
You can change the timeline.
You can even change the rules.

But you can’t take away my ability to figure it TF out.

Post-op. Different season. Same mindset.

I used to measure growth by what I could accomplish on stage. Now, I’m learning there’s a different kind of fulfillment in helping others find their own success.

When I first stepped into the Athlete Manager role, I was a little scared. It was new territory, and I didn’t know exactly what to expect.

But this role has taught me so much about leadership, connection, and my ability to step into something different.

After years of bodybuilding, I’ve experienced so many seasons, the highs, lows, setbacks, and the breakthroughs. Getting to share those lessons, connect with athletes, and help them navigate their own journeys has become one of the most fulfilling parts of this role.

FOREVER GRATEFUL.

After I tore my ACL, everyone had an opinion about what I should do next.

Some were concerned. Some were realistic. Some thought it was time to walk away.

And honestly, there were moments when I questioned it myself.

But I knew I had to finish what I started. I knew recovery looks different for everyone, and I knew there was a chance I may never be able to take that stage again.

So I kept showing up. I adapted. I fought through the setbacks. And I made it back to the Olympia stage, because I wasn’t ready to let an injury decide how my story ended.

I don’t know what comes next. And at first, there was a lot of sadness in that uncertainty. But for the first time, not knowing what comes next feels like a superpower. Like maybe the best chapters are the ones I haven’t even imagined yet.

Resilience over Everything. ❤️‍🔥

Crazy how different life can look in just three weeks. From the Olympia stage to crutches and learning to navigate life after surgery.

This past week has been physically and mentally hard. Some days I feel defeated already, and staying positive takes work. But I’m choosing to focus on the small improvements, control what I can, and give myself grace through the process.

I believe in a full recovery. Not just getting back to who I was, but becoming even better. Stronger in ways that have nothing to do with muscle.

One day at a time. One step at a time.
