10th Summer Job Training Program.

It’s hard to believe this is the 10th one I’ve led, and somehow it still feels like I’m just getting started.

Thank you, Philly, for continuing to show up for our students. I’m grateful to be surrounded by people who believe in our students as much as I do.

The future of Philly’s hospitality industry is in good hands. These students are passionate, kind, ambitious, smart, and incredibly talented.

This job continually reminds me that we all started somewhere. A little encouragement, patience, and mentorship can open doors that change someone’s life. So if you have the opportunity to support, teach, or simply cheer on someone just starting out, I hope you do.

Here’s to the next generation, and to everyone helping them get there.
