Some thoughts that I’ve been sharing in classes came to mind during a pre-class warm up with @amandaleelive attempting to manifest the magic of OP and Ray Brown, presented here, in the moment, no edits or retakes

A shoutout to some of my teachers, past and present! 📚 🎵 💃 What a blessing to have crossed paths with all of you and to have benefited from your knowledge, wisdom and patience through the years.

In this age of AI and technology, it's no longer information that is hard to come by but more so, time, energy and the human connection. Thank you to all my teachers who continue to invest time and energy to guide me on the path! 🙏😊
