We are honored to announce Comcast NBCUniversal as a Diamond Sponsor of America On Tech's 2026 National Innovators & Disruptors Awards.

AOT's 2026 Access Tech Summer Internship Program was our biggest yet, and the results reflect what happens when a workforce pipeline is built with intention and care.

Across New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, and Atlanta, AOT alumni secured 316 paid internships with 160 employer partners, earning more than $1.7 million in wages and stipends. Interns contributed nearly 20,000 cumulative hours of career preparation and workplace learning across technology, AI, business, healthcare, law, and beyond.

99% of interns would recommend Access Tech. 100% of employers would recommend the program to a peer. Record growth, record impact, and we are just getting started.
