There’s a few hundred more of you recently (😭😭🥹) so HI!
I’m Ami - a well-being and emotional intelligence coach, Mum of 2 little humans and someone who very much understands overwhelm, overstimulation, ADHD and the mental load of motherhood… because I live it too!

I share real, practical mindset tools (CBT, NLP, ACT and nervous system regulation) along side the messy, funny, honest parts of mum life. Not to ‘fix you’ but I hope that I can help you to feel less alone and more life yourself again.

This space is about getting your sparkle back - whatever that looks like for you ✨

I have a podcast and free resources for you to get started, just click the link in my bio!

And if you are new here, tell me - I what made you come and follow? 🫶🏼

Motherhood comes with so many rules and pressure. Here’s 3 mindset shifts that help me feel calmer day to day:
✨ Letting go of expectations: ‘it is what it is and this where we’re at right now’
✨ Changing “I have to” ➝ “I choose to”
✨ Learning what I need (and what my kids need) when we’re overstimulated

They’re simple, but they take the edge off the chaos and reduce so much tension in our home.

Save this for the next time you feel like you’re running on empty ❤️
And let me know which one you’re going to try first 👇🏼

The push and pull of Motherhood 🤍 your reminder that two opposing feelings can be felt at the same time and that’s okay. More than that, it’s normal.
The mental load, the constantly pouring from your own cup, the literal caring for and loving tiny humans whose brains are not fully developed yet.
The most awe inspiring, life changing and heart exploding love can be felt. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t feel hard, frustrating and draining too sometimes.
You’ve got the Mama 🫶🏼

Hey so, not sure if this helps anyone else and I know it’s suuuuuper inconvenient buuuut… going to be doing my best to not pick up my phone when my alarm goes off in the mornings this week because unfortunately I am a lot more productive when I don’t 🤪🙃

No better way to start a Saturday than a sunrise @belle_movement mat Pilates class and a hot coffee watching the waves for some me time before getting in to the crazyness of the day!
3 weeks left to go of the Spring Mat Series with @kellates - who’s booking in for this Saturday!?
🩵💙

Turns out I’m a Cold Coffee Mum 😩☕
Every overwhelmed Mum I work with is the same - a hot coffee made but none finished while even warm because everyone and everything else gets looked after first.
The kids are dressed, the washing machine is on, the dishwasher is unpacked and re-packed. You’ve broken up 294958589391568 sibling fights before 9am.

I’m a women’s wellbeing coach and this is what I’m hearing session after session. ☕️ But ladies, ITS NOT ABOUT THE COFFEE! ☕️
It’s about where we’ve been taught to put ourselves on the list.

A hot coffee isn’t a luxury. It’s proof you let yourself be a person today, not just a function and tick off everything on the to-do-list.

Tag a Cold Coffee Mum who needs this.
And if you’re ready to put yourself back on your own list, follow me because I teach tools and mindset changes to do this, every day 🩷❤️

And that’s a wrap on my favourite 2 weeks - school holidays and quality time with my babies ❤️

Yes it’s stressful, yes I’m behind on work, yes my to do list is out of control, but I know there’s not too many years left until Ollie doesn’t want to hang out with me in his holidays so I’ll hold on to these years and these memories for as long as I can ❤️

The breakfast the kids think is as yummy as dessert (surprise! It’s actually high in protein, healthy fats and carbs 😍)

Overnight oats but make healthy swaps - low in sugar, packed with protein and ready in the fridge to take one thing off the mental load list in the mornings.
Secret ingredient - @fwdfrm white choc berry clean protein (SO yum 🤤)

RECIPE:
Oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, mixed berries, milk of choice and 2 scoops of white choc mixed berry protein powder

Add desired quantities of each ingredient into a large container, mix together and place in the fridge overnight.
Top your serving with Greek / vanilla yoghurt and honey ready for the whole family to enjoy 😍

Following our Pilates session, Belle Movement founder Jenna Salvaterra will lead an open, honest and refreshingly real conversation with:

🌸 Georgia Riley | Women’s Health Physiotherapist, 6S Physio
Talking pelvic floor health, physical changes and why some things we’ve been told are “just part of getting older” don’t have to be accepted.

💪 Emma Grillo | Exercise Physiologist, 6S Physio
Exploring strength training, exercise and how we can keep moving well for the next 30+ years.

🥑 Sammi Mitcherson | Clinical Nutritionist, Wholefoodie Nutrition
Cutting through the noise around protein, supplements, body changes and nourishing ourselves through midlife.

Opening up conversations about confidence, identity, stress and navigating the emotional side of menopause.

We’ll be busting myths, sharing practical advice, asking the questions women really want answered and inviting YOU to join the discussion.

School holidays are finished and it’s SO good to be back at Pilates 😍 I love the Saturday morning mat classes (the most under rated class if you ask me) and @kellates is running a 6 week Spring Mat Series every Saturday morning with @belle_movement
It’s the best way to start the weekend 🙌🏼🙌🏼 who’s coming with me next Saturday!?

Kmart has done it again - my most worn pants last season (and still this season 🤌🏼) is back and in a new colourway 🤎🩵
And matched back with the @angus_the_label weekender bag, I was outfit repeating this all long weekend 🙌🏼
