Fun Fact - Ricky and I have been working together supporting USSOCOM as federal civilians for about 7 years now, and ever since I joined Manakoa we kept joking we’d race together to rep SOCOM someday. Thursday was my last day at SOCOM, and two days later we finally made it happen at HYROX DC. 🖤

Ricky, thank you for everything. You’ve taught me literally everything I know about HYROX and have given me the space to grow, push my limits, and believe in myself along the way. Showing up with our 5:30am crew every single morning has meant more to me than you guys probably know. I’m so grateful to have you as my coach and my friend.

Coach Amy, reporting for duty 🫡

I’ve had so much fun these last couple of months getting to surround myself with some pretty incredible athletes. Forever thankful to Manakoa for believing in me and giving me this opportunity.

HYROX New York 🖤

Open Solo on Thursday thanks to @centrfit for the ticket. I was able to hit a PR and proudly got that Red Bull Wall Ball patch 🥹🤍 #centrstrengthsociety

Then mixed doubles on Friday with David. My first mixed race and his first HYROX ever! I must say, doubles is way more enjoyable than solo 🙃

Didn’t hit my goals this weekend but still proud overall - time to lock back in on running and figuring out these darn burpees 💪 thank you to my @manakoafitness family and @_kylieaf @jean_da_machine @mitchellmaui and @ryancreecy for cheering me on!!

We got to try on some of the newest styles while learning about the Lulu technology behind each piece. Marissa and I are officially ready for our Pro Doubles race.

HYROX Boston - First Pro Doubles ✔️

I had the best time racing with my incredible partner! It was a tough one, our plan went out the door as soon as we hit sleds, but we still hit our goal… with 1 second to spare!

Thank you @lifeinhyroxwithamy for racing with me and trusting me 🤍 I can’t wait for our next one!

And thank you to the Ohana for cheering us on both back in Tampa and on the actual course!
