Open Solo on Thursday thanks to @centrfit for the ticket. I was able to hit a PR and proudly got that Red Bull Wall Ball patch 🥹🤍 #centrstrengthsociety
Then mixed doubles on Friday with David. My first mixed race and his first HYROX ever! I must say, doubles is way more enjoyable than solo 🙃
Didn’t hit my goals this weekend but still proud overall - time to lock back in on running and figuring out these darn burpees 💪 thank you to my @manakoafitness family and @_kylieaf @jean_da_machine @mitchellmaui and @ryancreecy for cheering me on!!

Doubles is way more fun than solo…so at least when you are questioning your choices in life you have someone to tell you to shut the fuck up and keep going! What a weekend…David is now part of the club🙌
