I rediscovered my Doodle Practice about a month or so ago when I took a @likereallycreative workshop with @zackorsborn. Getting started with a blank page is the hardest part but once I get going, one line, one shape at a time, the design begins to take on a personality of its own that I could have never dreamed up in the beginning. Today was a great day for a 104 miles in the Natchez Trace Century Ride! This @victorybicyclestudio group has ridden together through Summer and Winter training and rolled right into working towards this hundo without missing a beat. So many FIRSTS and PRs happened today. It was amazing to experience them all together. So proud of this team! by @andrealwiley

Art & creativity bring me back to me. Start with the basics, strip everything, turn down the noise, build from there. Slowly. 1 deep breath at a time. Go to the museum. Make the thing. Get lost in the process with no ending point in mind. No matter what you discover along the way, accept it as it is. Say thank you. And take the next step forward. Walk through the sculpture garden. Say out loud what you feel like you can’t. Be grateful for the connection. “Let the art wash away from the soul the dust of everyday life.” - Picasso. To celebrate another trip around the sun, I went down to New Albany, MS to check out the Tanglefoot Trail and ride 46 miles for 46 years! For the last few years, I’ve chosen to take the day off and do the things that I love, that fill me up the most. I’m so grateful I can take that time for myself and not just busy myself through it like it’s just another day. So far this birthday weekend is off to a great start! ❤️🥳✨🎊 by @andrealwiley

I went for a yoga retreat but discovered so much more. Passion fruit, plantain chips, reiki, zip lining, waterfall hikes, hammock naps, monkeys, Tucans, ruins, watermelon juice, and whoa 🤯 that sweat lodge experience…..Pura Vida en Costa Rica!! taken in Jacó, Costa Rica by @andrealwiley

2025 was all about spending quality time with the people that lift me up, the ones that inspire me everyday, remind me that I am enough just as I am, and encourage me to lead with love. Thank you to the University of Memphis Department of Journalism + Strategic Media for honoring me as an Outstanding Alumna. This institution has given me so much over the last 27 years and I will continue to give back as long as I can. I am so grateful that I was surrounded by so many influential people from my past and present who have played a pivotal role in my development from student to advertising professional, to mentor and business owner.
