Go on the trip 🌴

Take the week off.
Book the flight.

Do the yoga.
Try the adventure.
Eat the amazing food.
Stay up talking.
Wake up with the jungle.

Because there will always be a reason to wait.

But there are some things you just have to say **yes** to.

Happy International Women’s Day 🤍💃

Today we’re celebrating the incredible community of women who make up our studio — the ones who show up, breathe deep, lift each other up, and remind us what strength really looks like.

In this space, women support women.
We sweat together, laugh together, sometimes cry a little… and always leave stronger than when we walked in.

To the women who practice here, teach here, work here, and grow here — thank you for being part of this community. Your energy, resilience, and kindness are what make this place so special.

Here’s to strong bodies, clear minds, and women who rise together. ✨

Happy International Women’s Day.

Another photobooth moment from the weekend.

Life update: I returned working full-time with the @hemlinetheory squad 2026 🌞. A choice of actual intelligence, one might say.

Now, I need to update LinkedIn and ask chatGPT what to write about in my journal.

She may not be Memphis born and raised, but you’d never know it. She is true blue and will shout from the rooftops that she’s one of Memphis’ and the @uofmemphis biggest fans. Congratulations @andrealwiley on your much deserved Outstanding Alumni award from @memphisjrsm @memphisalumni!

Memphis Women in Business had a fun location for our August monthly meeting this week! We were so fortunate for @joyredmondtv to spend time with our little group chatting about her journey to success. She is such an inspiration to all of us fellow boss ladies! 🫶

In Yin Yoga, the focus is on deep tissue release. Most poses are done on the floor, focus on the major muscle groups and hips, and are held for anywhere from a few breaths to a few minutes. Use your breath to slowly stretch deep connective tissue and release fascial tension.

Yin Yoga is for you if:
✅ You feel tight, stiff or tense in your body
✅ You’re looking to support your nervous system
✅ You want to balance intense workouts
✅ You crave introspection and mindfulness
✅ You’re new to yoga

At DGY we offer yin yoga classes almost every day!!
Mondays, 5:45 - 7 p with Cecelia
Tuesdays, 5;30 - 6:45 p with Julie Burch
Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:45 p with Valentine (In studio & on-screen)
Sundays, 4:30 - 5:45 p with Andrea

Stepped out to the @brooksmuseum Met Gala Watch Party thanks to @andrealwiley 💃🏼
Also got to run into the lovely @alex_and_the_dra
Tip from someone who has obviously walked a red carpet exactly once ever: take your Apple Watch off before you step foot on a red carpet 😏
