POSTS STORIES REELS

I’ve been so excited to share this 💛✨ Some years ago, I did my first InBody Scan and immediately knew: “One day, I want this for my clients.” And now we finally have the InBody 770 scale at FloydClinic 💙

What makes this tool special is how clearly it helps us understand the body — beyond weight and beyond guesswork.
In just 30 seconds, it gives 130+ insights that really shape health:

💛 muscle mass & quality
💛 visceral fat
💛 fat distribution
💛 hydration
💛 segmental balance
💛 metabolic & cellular Health indicators

For me as a nutrition counselor, this means more precision, more clarity and much more personalized guidance. It helps explain why progress slows down, where imbalances are, and what the body truly needs — in a compassionate, data-informed way. Honestly, I’m so happy we finally have this level of detail available 🌿✨

And something important to add:

I deeply believe in body diversity, in worthiness at every size, and in separating health from beauty standards. My work has nothing to do with judging bodies — and everything to do with supporting health with respect and science.

Muscle mass, visceral fat and metabolic markers matter for wellbeing — not for appearance.

If you ever want to explore your health from a more informed, balanced and compassionate place, I’m here 🤍✨

🌿 Your symptoms aren’t the problem. They’re the message.

I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Abdullah, founder & CEO of @thebalancerehabclinic , for a conversation that touched on so many topics close to my heart:

✨ The connection between nutrition & mental health
✨ Why we need to stop fighting our bodies—and start listening
✨ The gut-brain connection and how it impacts mood
✨ Women’s health: hormones, stress, and the differences in how men and women respond to things like intermittent fasting, the keto diet, and even coffee
✨ The role of mindfulness in reconnecting with your body
✨ How to build a more nourishing, peaceful relationship with food
…and more.

It’s a conversation about understanding your body’s signals and nurturing a healthier relationship with food, your body, and yourself.

🎙️ The full podcast is now live on YouTube – link in bio.
Thank you so much for your support and for being part of this journey!

What if consistency didn’t mean doing the same workout, over and over again?

Maybe consistency can simply mean continuing to move.

In different ways.
In different seasons of life.
With different levels of energy.
For different reasons.

I think we’ve become so obsessed with the outcome of exercise — how our body looks, what we weigh, how much we burn, how much stronger or fitter we become — that movement can easily turn into just another task on the endless list of things we “should” be doing.

And somewhere along the way, we can forget that moving our body can actually be… fun.

Something we do for the sake of doing it.
Because it feels good. Because we’re curious. Because our body is capable of experiencing the world through movement.

For me, consistency has never meant being loyal to one type of exercise. It means being loyal to movement itself.

Walking. Running. Pilates. Dancing. Hiking. Strength training. Yoga. Climbing. Skating.

Sometimes gentle, sometimes intense. Sometimes structured, sometimes playful. Whatever feels right in that season.

Exploring what this body can do instead of constantly asking what movement can do to this body.

Maybe that’s also part of staying young: not only continuing to move, but continuing to play, explore and be curious about movement.

So here’s a question I love:

What kind of movement would you still choose if it had absolutely no impact on your body shape or size?

Maybe that’s your joyful movement. 🤍

And maybe we all need a little more of that.

💙 by @anna.middeldorf

I’ve always had this almost overwhelming sensitivity to beautiful things. Art, music, dance, theatre, nature, a beautifully made plate of food, the sea, the moon, a sunset, a beautiful space… apparently, give me beauty and I will cry (9 out of 10 times). 😂🥹

I used to think that was a little weird. Why am I having tears in my eyes while everyone else seems perfectly fine? But as I’ve grown older, I’ve come to love this part of myself.

I think what I experience through beauty is awe: that almost indescribable feeling of being moved by something greater than myself.

And perhaps that is also why I have always felt such a deep admiration for artists and creators. There is something sacred to me about the ability to take a feeling, an intuition, an idea, a glimpse of something greater and give it form. As if creation itself were flowing through them, allowing them to become co-creators of all the beauty and love that exists around us and in us.

There are moments when something moves me so deeply that I feel completely connected. And maybe that is what beauty does: it makes us pay attention. It brings us back into the present. It reminds us who we are.

I’ve also realised that creating beauty around me and in me is not simply something I enjoy. It is part of how I move through life. In the spaces I create, in the work I do, in the things I make, in the way I live. 🌸

Maybe that is why art has always meant so much to me. It isn’t decoration. It is something that can awaken us.

This piece, 1980s by @elenagual.art , came into my life at the closing of a very meaningful chapter. Somehow, it felt like the perfect piece to mark it - a reminder of femininity, strength, beauty, transformation, and everything still waiting to be created.

Thank You Elena for bringing more Love and Beauty into this Universe ✨🫶🏻

Today is my name day. 🤍

A tradition I didn’t even know existed until I moved to Spain in my early twenties.

Of course, I always knew who Saint Anne was. But, like so many things in life, knowing about something is very different from connecting with what it represents.

What I like most is the idea that Saint Anne quietly prepared the ground for others to flourish. Maybe that’s why her story resonates with me today. It’s also the kind of person I hope to become, and the intention I try to bring into the projects I dedicate my life to.

Over the past few years, I’ve also found myself exploring faith in a way I never expected. Not necessarily as religion, but as something more personal.

One thing I’ve noticed is that fear and faith often pull us in opposite directions. For a long time, I made many decisions from a place of fear. Lately, I’ve become curious about what life looks like when I choose faith instead, whatever that word may mean to each of us.

So today, I’m celebrating more than my name ✨
I’m celebrating myself.
I’m celebrating all the Annas.

And I’m celebrating the courage to trust life a little more than fear. 🤍

As an ethereal diva, what are you doing if you’re not spending your days angelifying your entire life? make everything around you angelic, ethereal and enchanting. surround yourself with flowers and fresh bodies of water. stargaze. moonbathe. smell like vanilla and honeysuckle. tend to your aura so that it radiates the frequency of love and roses. pray and meditate regularly to melt away the veil between you and the etheric beings that played with you and took care of you when you were a baby. only invite the sweetest souls into your personal realm. you’re an angel of God and you must remember your innate frequency ✨

Stay Wild ✨

You were not born a statue
Nor rooted like a tree.
You were born a wild one;
A spirit pure and free.
No cage should hold you captive.
No title should define.
You’re flexible and fluid, So can change at any time.
With nothing set in stone And so much to explore
Wander down a million paths And rattle every door.
Never stop adventuring.
Embrace your inner child.
Stay fearless & stay curious.
Stay positive. Stay wild.

✨ by @anna.middeldorf

Yesterday, a female Yoga teacher shared something that stayed with me:

“Aging with dignity is freedom.”

And honestly… it inspired this video.

Because I think women have spent far too long placing each other into categories, judging each other through limited ideas of what femininity “should” look like.

Too superficial.
Too spiritual.
Too feminine.
Too sensual.
Too ambitious.
Too much.
Not enough.

We judge women for caring about beauty.
We judge women for not caring about beauty.
For expressing themselves.
For staying quiet.
For being soft.
For being strong.

And somewhere along the way, many of us internalized the idea that one type of woman must be “better” or “more evolved” than another.

But I don’t believe freedom looks like that.

I believe a woman can care deeply for her soul and still love aesthetics. She can nourish her spirituality and still enjoy beauty. She can be reflective, empathetic, profound… and still feel connected to her femininity and her exterior.

There is abundance in womanhood.
One quality does not cancel out another.

I take care of my body because it is my temple.
And caring for the exterior does not mean neglecting the interior.

What I wish for women around me is freedom.
Freedom of expression.
Freedom from shame.
Freedom from constantly being reduced to appearances.

And maybe the most beautiful thing we can offer one another is exactly that: a space where women feel safe to fully be themselves. 💙 by @anna.middeldorf
