This Wednesday, 23 September, Nabeeth joins Mambow and Akub for A Dinner for Palestine in Clapton, London.

Chef Abby Lee and Chef Fadi Kattan come together for a special evening celebrating Malaysian and Palestinian cooking, with Palestinian wines and beers from Nabeeth bringing another dimension to the table.

An evening of food, wine, friendship and solidarity, with proceeds supporting Medical Aid for Palestinians.

An accomplished sommelier with a WSET Diploma in Wine and Spirits and certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Anna has built her career across some of the UK’s finest restaurants, developing an exceptional understanding of wines from both world-renowned regions and emerging wine producing countries.

Working alongside @fadi.f.kattan, Anna is co-founder of @nabeethwines , a project dedicated to bringing Palestinian wines to a wider audience in the UK. Together, their work celebrates Palestine’s vineyards, indigenous grape varieties, winemakers and the traditions behind one of the world’s oldest winemaking cultures.

In this special masterclass, Anna will explore the unique terroirs of Palestine, sharing the stories, craftsmanship and history that make these wines so remarkable. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply curious to discover something new, this is a rare opportunity to experience an extraordinary wine region through the eyes of one of its greatest champions.

Last evening we had Chef Fadi Kattan as our guest chef and he brought Palestinian dishes to Churton, what a fantastic evening! The food was incredible, thank you to Fadi and Anna for visiting our pub and sharing incredible Palestinian food and wine ❤️

A luglio ha preso vita il terzo appuntamento del programma culinario del Qatar Pavilion a @labiennale di Venezia.

Per questa edizione, il curatore del programma culinario Chef @fadi.f.kattan ha invitato gli chef Walter El Nagar @madchef & Marco Ambrosino @ambrosino, che hanno presentato una proposta dedicata al dialogo tra Venezia, l’Italia e il mondo arabo: uno spaghettino freddo di mare con uova di lompo e lime nero, accompagnato dal drink "Boustan Louisa", creato per l’occasione da @anna.p.patrowicz di @akub.london

Un intervento che ha esplorato il rapporto tra cucina, sostenibilità e culture del Mediterraneo, all’interno di un progetto in cui food, hospitality e umanità diventano parte dello stesso racconto.

Il team di Art&Food, capitanato da Mattia Zoia @mattia.tilla.zoia e dallo chef Mariano Chiarelli @mariano_chiarelli, ha affiancato il Padiglione nella gestione operativa del servizio Food & Beverage supportando chef, curatori e figure coinvolte durante le due giornate di evento.

A seguito della notizia della scomparsa di Sua Altezza Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, il cibo preparato durante il secondo giorno è stato donato ai Fratelli Cappuccini, che distribuiscono pasti alle comunità più vulnerabili di Venezia: un gesto che ha dato ancora più significato al concetto di ospitalità.

Il percorso del padiglione Qatar in Biennale continua con il quarto appuntamento performativo a Settembre.

A giugno abbiamo avuto il piacere di supportare il secondo appuntamento del programma Food & Drink del Qatar Pavilion alla Biennale di Venezia.

La food performance “A Taste of the Land” di @kamalmouzawak - @soukeltayeb, progettata da @rob_khalil, curata da @fadi.f.kattan, con drink di @anna.p.patrowicz - @akub.london, ha raccontato lo Zaatar & Olio come sapore condiviso del Mediterraneo orientale.

Pane, olio d’oliva e zaatar sono diventati strumenti per attraversare territori, tradizioni e memorie: quattro interpretazioni, quattro paesi, un unico racconto fatto di terra, cultura e convivialità.

Art&Food ha affiancato il progetto nella gestione operativa ed esecutiva del servizio F&B, con il supporto di @mattia.tilla.zoia, Chef @mariano_chiarelli, @enzo.privatechef e tutto il team!
