A wonderful evening at The White Horse for the Chef Series with Fadi Kattan, where every dish was paired with wines that tell the story of Palestine. Guests enjoyed Nadim Rosé from Taybeh Winery, Baladi and Hamdani Jandali from Cremisan's Native Grape Series, and Jascala Merlot—a journey through indigenous varieties, historic vineyards and the remarkable diversity of Palestinian winemaking. The pairings, curated by Anna Patrowicz of Nabeeth, were designed to let each wine and every dish elevate one another. We are delighted that these wines are now available on The White Horse's wine list, offering guests the opportunity to continue discovering Palestine, one glass at a time. Our sincere thanks to Gary Usher, Debbie, Jo, James, Gemma, and the entire team at The White Horse for embracing these wines with such care, curiosity and generosity. Their warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm made this collaboration a genuine celebration of hospitality, and we're delighted that guests can continue discovering Palestinian wines at The White Horse long after the Chef Series has come to an end.

Gary Usher, an exceptional human, a talented Chef and the beating heart of Cheshire, thank you, thank you for those 2 days where you opened your kitchen and your place @whitehorsechurton but most importantly you opened your heart. The time spent with you, with your team and with the exceptional guests that joined us for the Guest Chef Series, were all incredible in their humanity, their kindness, and the community. Two years ago, I sat at @foodontheedge and listened to you share the stories of the community around your places. Those 2 days, I lived it! Thank you for this energy you have to persevere and go on reminding us all what hospitality is about, continuing in spite of all the difficulties our world faces. Thank you for the power you share! Bringing Palestinian flavours, Palestinian stories, Palestinian wines into this beautiful setting, sharing those with everyone, being honoured by legends such as yourself, such as the iconic @ainsleyfoods, such as the great guests who have been supporting your journey savouring Palestinian dishes created with local produce, Palestinian wines curated by @anna.p.patrowicz from @nabeethwines means so much! Thank you Gary! We'll cook next together in London, Bethlehem or Chester! @garyushercook
