WE DID THE THING. ⚡️

So proud of myself. Not because of the time, a 4-minute PR- I know I can do a lot better than this. Because of my commitment, the hard work, the hours I’ve put in next to studying and working. Combining CrossFit with training for Worlds (thanks, coach 🥹). Prioritising recovery on top of all that. But most of all: for having fun.

And we’re just getting started.

On my way to oui oui Paris to compete at the French Throwdown with team @vondelgym ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 Verrrry excited, there’s something special about pushing with and for other people.
