A love letter to the west coast of Sweden 🩷 and gratefulness to all the time with family and friends! For those who haven’t been, highly recommend to go (in summer..!) On to the next adventure and to the most beautiful neighbor a country can have—Norway!! 🙌🏻 by @anniefriden

A loving reminder that we are always supported.
The road can get bumpy and you don’t ever see the full picture. But if you keep on going and trusting that intuition—you will have good stories to tell and (many times) a happy soul. 😉🩷 by @anniefriden

There is so much to say about this practice but here is the short version. Lately I’ve been feeling a shift. I believe collectively we have already cleared a lot of trauma and density, and now we also receive a lot of light into our bodies.
Lately it’s been a lot of connections with people on the other side and other spiritual experiences.

as we evolve, also the practice evolves and we always receive what we need in this moment. It’s almost a 100 percent hit rate. Which, makes my job as a facilitator way easier! 💁🏼‍♀️🔮😅. #consciousconnectedbreathwork by @anniefriden

Sometimes ideas come from the mind, and sometimes visions come from the heart—from something higher (often during breathwork sessions). I’ve learned that even when it feels scary or uncertain, it’s something that wants to be created. 🪄

This past autumn, I had a vision for a retreat—where deep inner work meets life’s simple pleasures: hiking, good food, nature, spa, wine, and connection. All I could do was follow it and trust it would unfold as it was meant to, even with the uncertainty of whether anyone would join.

It became more magical than I could have imagined. The group was perfectly woven together, and we felt at home from the very first moment. A sisterhood where we could listen, lift each other, and be fully present with one another, while also connecting deeply with ourselves. The only guideline was no people-pleasing—and yes, we practised it.. and will continue to do so.

I hope everyone left the retreat feeling more connected to themselves, their truth, and with a deep trust in life.

Thank you to @analourenco.pt for the most incredible food—truly incredible! Thank you for sharing your magic through yoga and your radiant and calm energy. @amuru_lighttherapy, thank you for your wisdom and sound-healing frequencies that restored us on a cellular level. @alivebyamanda , for bringing light and inspiration to everyone, shining as bright as the sun. And Selina & Mitch at @moodz.spa.resort for creating a truly magical, healing space—words and pictures can’t capture it, it must be experienced.

If an idea comes from your heart, from your higher self, trust it. It’s there for a reason—go for it 💚 taken in MOODZ Resort & Spa Algarve by @anniefriden

Annons: Somatiskt ledarskaps-retreat i Portugal
