Let me not get emotional typing this... but whew... my last dance on stage at my University. My last time as President of Dancers United (@uca_du) and running productions. A pretty bittersweet moment I'll say but anywho. I've enjoyed my time at the University of Central Arkansas being able to represent who I am not only as a dancer and mentor to those I've made a difference to but as a professional business woman. The connections, friendships, and memories I've created throughout these beautiful yet crazy years will never, EVER go unnoticed. I love everyone who has been apart of my journey and now it's time to take it up a notch. That's all I'll say right now but enjoy my senior solo. Ngl, I felt mad sexy 🥹😌

Another year for the win! Shout out to @arrocksquad for always hosting an amazing event dedicated for entertainers to showcase themselves and their beautiful crafts in a positive light. Every year gets better and better at @arkansasnationaldanceday

Thankful for my girls for showing out for me and being apart of my vision. They’re always down for the case and I love them solely for it, especially during this time of my life.

Dance has always been an outlet of positive and negative aspects in my life and today, I had my girls with me and we put it all out on the floor! 💓💓 ladies we ate! 🤏🏾 Love y’all!! ✨🙏🏾 AAAAHHH!!!

✨ THIS IS WHERE IT ALL BEGINS ✨

Learning to dance in heels isn’t just about learning choreography—it’s about preparing your body for the movement. 👠

For beginners, warming up, building flexibility, and incorporating strength workouts are all a BIG part of the process. Your body needs time to develop the mobility, balance, strength, and stamina needed to move confidently and safely in heels.

💪🏽 Flexibility helps you move with more freedom.
🔥 Warm-ups prepare your body for movement.
🦵🏽 Strength training builds stability and control.
❤️‍🔥 Stamina helps you keep going through choreography and performance.

The goal isn’t to be perfect on day one. The goal is to build your foundation, strengthen your body, gain confidence, and grow with every training session.

This is where the journey begins for our beginners and these ladies were ready to work Week 1 of The Heel Effect Program.

Stay tuned for their beautiful journey! 👠✨
