A pretty special moment for us at Behavioural Foresight. 🤍
Hearing Pranavi speak about the mental side of her preparation and mention the work we’ve done together means a lot.
But this achievement belongs to you @pranavi_urs
The athlete is the one who has to show up, practise the skills, sit with the nerves, make the decisions under pressure, reset after difficult moments and ultimately perform when it matters.
We’re simply grateful to have been trusted with a small part of that process.
Congratulations, Pranavi. What a moment. 🇮🇳🥇

An experience where I got to live, see, and support performance in so many forms 🏔️

The effort at altitude, vastness of mountains, and kindness of people, every moment felt humbling
And I’ve never felt happier to feel this humbled, to feel so close to the sky, yet feel more grounded than ever 🌌

Day 1 at Himalayan Basecamp!!!
A little breathwork.A little movement.A lot of games.
And some surprisingly competitive people. 😂
We spent the day exploring something I find endlessly fascinating our internal states.
Because the state you’re in can change everything.
How you think. How you respond. How you perform. Even how you experience a moment.
So we played around with what it feels like to switch off after a long day on the road, slow down, recover, and just… be.

One of my favourite parts of being a performance psychologist is creating.
Taking an idea and turning it into something people can actually experience and learn from. by @atekavanak

1. Confidence isn’t always feeling calm or fearless. Sometimes it’s choosing to commit fully even when doubt and fear are present.

2. Elite performance is not just intensity. Awareness, adaptability, and strong foundations create clarity under pressure.

3. Leadership is lived consistently. The standards you bring to training eventually become the culture around you.

4. Real belief comes from preparation, trust, and staying focused on what’s CONTROLLABLE especially as a team.

5. Performance becomes lighter and more enjoyable when your entire identity isn’t attached to winning or losing. Acceptance creates freedom.

And through all of it, one thing that really stood out was how much he genuinely loves the game and how grateful he is to still be playing it. That kind of perspective probably sustains performance more than people realise. by @atekavanak

A meaningful day at the Indian Sports Summit by RCB Innovation Lab listening to conversations around leadership, resilience, discipline, adaptability, and the mindset behind sustained performance.

Grateful for the insights and conversations that continue to shape how we understand performance beyond sport.

In collaboration with the RCB Cares initiative, Behavioural Foresight partnered with GoSports and the Ashwini Sports Foundation in Coorg to support athlete development through a performance psychology lens.

The intent was to help athletes move beyond theory, building a clearer understanding of how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence performance, especially under pressure.

We carried this out through structured assessments, delivering individual data reports alongside group-level insights and debriefs to create shared learning. This was followed by an applied regulation and performance workshop, where athletes were placed in simulated pressure environments using technology, allowing them to actively implement the techniques they had learned.

By creating spaces to both understand and apply, the focus remains on turning awareness into consistent, real-time performance.

Indian Open @ DLF 70,000 steps later — here’s what I learned:

1. I finally know when it’s a good shot or putt (and mostly get the lingo now 😎😜). Unless I haven’t slept well… then surviving walking that DLF course is the real win 😂

2. Trust momentum. Even on the worst round, one good hole can change everything — use it when it comes, it can completely reset your energy and confidence.

3. Perfection doesn’t exist. It’s actually not about avoiding mistakes; it’s about how you can recover faster.

4. Perspective and patience matter. Up one day, down the next, back again. Performance isn’t linear and that’s okay.

5. When the fun is real, it shows and it makes a difference.

Golf is physical it’s emotional, strategic, unpredictable, and that’s exactly what makes it so addicting, I kinda get it now. by @atekavanak

Turns out pressure isn’t the problem, it’s the relationship we have with it. Had a blast working with athletes from Go sports in Mumbai on mastering performance when it counts the most. by @atekavanak
