“Endurance isn’t built by pushing harder — it’s built by recovering faster.”

In this challenge, we first recorded our heart rate, then ran up the stairs to elevate it and observed how long it took to come down naturally. We repeated the stair run, but this time used guided breathwork during recovery.

Watch how intentional breathing helps the heart rate drop faster after exertion — a key marker of improved endurance, efficiency, and nervous system control.

Fun three-week stretch on the road starting with the @tgcl.trinitygolf with my @dakshinrangers family followed by my debut at the @official.igpl in Chandigarh and Jaypee Greens!

Hattrick of silverware at the TGCL but we showed up in unity as a team and played our heart out!

@official.igpl lives up to it’s tag of “golf goes loud”! The atmosphere and environment that surrounds the players has a very modern twist to golf! Super excited for the remainder of the season!

On the 20th of August, we had a great opportunity to conduct a Digital wellness workshop for the Digital Literacy Vertical of Ficci Flo Bangalore, held at the Prestige Falcon towers!
It was a power packed session of building a positive understanding of stress and how we can navigate it using digital tools like the Ifeelwell device, Blazepods, Alive systems, and the Meta quest 2 👾
These systems help us identify areas of stress in our lives and regulate our physiology to manage it better 🧘‍♀️ We look forward to more fun-filled and engaging interactions ahead🙌
