These painted canvases are going to be installed about 10' - 16' high, so you won't be able to see them quite this close up. ..

"You Can Bloom Too" - all freshly relocated at Fox Valley Mall. The flowers are made from repurposed materials: roughly 900 aluminum cans, 700 plastic bottles, and 80 large cardboard boxes all collected at the mall.

When figuring out how we were going to create the flowers, one of our favorite things was exploring a bunch of different ways to use the material, while ensuring it was still obviously made from recycled materials.
And while installing, one of our favorite things was hearing little kids excitedly tell their parents what materials the flowers were made of.
Creating this was a team effort at Ava Grey, with a total of 8 people working on it to get it done on schedule. And we couldn't have done it without them. @buttrbelle @reseoner

Here's another flower made from repurposed plastic bottles and cardboard boxes at @foxvalleymall 🏵. It was a happy coincidence that when we fill the pollen with bottles starting from the center point - it naturally makes the same honeycomb pattern we painted on the wall. #happyaccident
