Bar Gemišt turns one ! 🎂

A year ago we received our custom made bar station directly from Slovenia and had to drag it through the neighbourhood with a couple of pump trolley 😂💪🏼

We celebrate together on Sunday 25th of October with a reduced menu, loads of Riesling and snacks and most especially live music from our friend @hartandsoull 🎶

Doors open at 5pm as usual! 🙌🏼🐥🍸

We’re looking for someone creative, dedicated and curious. You might already be part of the hospitality world, or you might simply be looking to join and learn within an incredibly creative and diverse industry.

This is a full-time bartender position, around 40 hours per week, including prep, opening and closing the venue, service, and taking part in the creation of new menus and the wider creative process. And we don’t just mean drinks 👩🏻‍🎨

Bank Holiday Party is back on the 30th of August.

Since the big guns are in town (Alsatian Mom 👸🏻🇮🇩) we will offert a legendary combo from this part of the world :

£12 for a glass of Riesling and fat piece of Flammkuchen (mom made !👩🏻‍🍳) 🍾🍕

Party starts at 11am and we will, of course, have our resident @djrulo from 12pm spinning his vinyls.

We’ve been busy Monday / Tuesday ! 🧹🫧🧽

A full deep cleaning of the whole space, we scrubbed the station inside out and updated the terrace with some herbs ! 🪴

Many people are surprised to hear that our station is actually like a big trolley on wheels and not anchored to the floor so we made sure to film the wheels ! 🚗

Trigger warning for the occasional violence in this reel, we had watched The Odyssey the night before… ⚔️🤺 turns out the only difference between a mop and a spear is the tip…
