Pages and memories, @tamathalee and Orlando, what better way to spend an inset day than out in the forest taking in the Autumn sun and forest feels.

First time on a "Big Bike" for Orlando and next stop half term for a session. Props to Tammie, pi king up the core techniques today, 100% effort!

Always good to see a new rider starting at ground zero and giving 100% all afternoon, so HUGE props to Ollie a new rider who has found his vibe, and his thing turning circles and riding bikes.

Also awesome to see @stevebehr0
and the main man from @pembreeuk and spending time with my fellow coaching skin and blister riding sister @mal_mtb1976

Thank you my dude, good times and thank you all for today #fnortherners

Sunday afternoon forest feels, afternoon out with the Honour family, a warm one and all did a big ride out in the forest, a bit of history, some drops and trails plus a lot of miles covered. So big thanks to Becky, Stuart and the children

Finally catching up from a busy weekend in the forest, Friday morning session crew and a ride out into the forest, drop, jumps and cornering, I'm constantly amazed at the ability of the new generation of riders coming through, so much confidence and ability.

See you all again next Friday. 🤙

Will turning circles this summer, and a full strip and rebuild of his Orbea Occam from the good souls at Swinley Bike Hub all ready for the Yorkshire Dales, and that 2,500ft of climbing!

Have a great time Wills and see you soon!
