Kilimanjaro ☑️
@adaptivegrandslam ✅
Unbelievable week in Tanzania 🏆

Wow!!! What an incredible week away challenging ourselves with the highest Freestanding Mountain in the 🌎
All the positive support in preparation for this has made it ultimately wayyyy better than I could ever have imagined.
Different game to stepping out on track trying to go faster , jump higher , throw further than ever.
Days locked in with all focus on R in front of L!!!

All followed with some celebrations and safaris out here!!! taken in Mount Kilimanjaro by @bengregz

Five days out.

The team are still getting the legs ready, still ticking off the last bits of kit.

Training doesn’t stop and neither does the support from our fantastic team ⛰️

Hospital bed to mountain; that’s the headline…

But not many see what happens in between.

The days when trying is exhausting. When pain overrides the positive mindset you’re supposed to have. When it feels less like progress and more like just holding on.

That’s where AGS steps up. Not just getting someone up a mountain… the unmeasurable stuff. The phone calls, the check-ins, the people who believe in you on the days you don’t believe in yourself.

Adaptive doesn’t mean easy. It means showing up anyway.
