I am a third degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have also earned university degrees in the arts and education; before I opened a Jiu Jitsu club in 2017, I was a professional teacher in a public school in Canada.
.
I have spent the last 19 years studying, training, coaching, and also competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the local, regional, and international level, however, I am the most happy witnessing my own students and followers progress in the art and experience their own success on and off the mats.

No B.S. Jiu Jitsu; for the love of the sport and growing future generations of technical grapplers. Good vibes and good training.

A short sequence to play with in 50-50. Caution on the finish as this one comes on pretty quick!

First action creates a reaction. Always plan for the reaction and counter appropriately.

Don’t get swept in the x-guard, at least not against the classic technical stand-up.
