One thing I’ve learned over the years in my own marriage is that giving each other grace can make such a difference.

In Parshat Noach, we’re introduced to the beautiful quality of chen, grace.

I think it’s something we can all use a little more of in our relationships.

Living with someone means seeing them in all their moods.

The happy, loving, patient ones and the tired, frustrated, not-so-pleasant onee, and they get to see all of ours too! 😅

I’ve learned that every little thing doesn’t need to become a conversation.

Some things are worth addressing, and some things are better left behind.

Giving grace doesn’t mean ignoring what bothers us or pretending everything is okay.

It’s learning to recognize when something really matters and deserves a conversation, and when we can simply forgive, let go, and move on.

I think so much of a healthy marriage is learning the difference.
We all want to be loved for who we are, even on the days we’re not at our best.

This Shabbat, let’s try bringing a little more chen into our homes. 💗

Shabbat Shalom!

I’ve learned that even the person you love most will disappoint you sometimes, and I’m sure I’ve disappointed my husband plenty of times too. ❤️

I’ve seen this in my own marriage and in my work coaching women.

We can be so quick to let one disappointing moment change the way we see our partner.

A forgotten gesture, a response we didn’t expect, plans that changed last minute.

A good marriage isn’t one where we never disappoint each other.

It’s one where we learn to make room for each other’s imperfections, communicate what matters, and see the bigger picture.

One disappointing moment doesn’t define your entire marriage.

Learning to recognize that can change so much. ❤️

This is part of the work we do together in coaching.

DM me to learn more about how we can work together.

I was actually excited for him to try my new recipe.

Years ago, a last-minute change of plans like this would have bothered me.

Over the years, I’ve learned that flexibility is such an important part of a happy marriage.

We each need things outside our marriage that bring us joy, connection, energy, and make us feel alive.

Time with friends, hobbies, experiences, and the freedom to enjoy them without guilt.

Of course, communication and consideration matter. Plans affect both of us.

I’ve also learned that being happy for my husband, even when it means adjusting my own plans, is another way of loving him.

A healthy marriage gives us room to grow as individuals while continuing to grow together. ❤️

Some days can feel like they’re slipping away before they even really begin.

We have hard mornings
A frustrating interaction
It can be a moment you wish went differently
Or sometimes it’s a wave of overwhelm you didn’t expect.

It’s so easy to let one hard moment shape the rest of the day.

What I love about Jewish wisdom is that it keeps reminding us of something so powerful

We are never as stuck as we feel.

The Jewish way is this ⬇️
Pause.
Repair.
Shift.
Begin again.
One bad hour does not have to become a bad day.

Save this for the days you need that reminder.learning
If learning how to reset, repair, and respond differently is something you’re working on, this is exactly the kind of work we do together in coaching.

DM me for more details.

21 years of marriage and he thinks my potatoes still need his supervision. 😂🌶️

I actually got much better at adding spice to my food!

I bring the Ashkenazi, he brings the Moroccan spice, and somehow it all works beautifully together. ❤️

Marriage is all about bringing your own flavour to the relationship, right?

Anyone else married to someone who likes to add their own special touch (usually it’s sauces in his case 😂) to everything you cook?

A little reintroduction for those who are new here! 🤍

I’m a wife, mom of 6, women’s coach, Kallah teacher, Mikvah educator, and someone who loves all things health, wellness, fitness, and personal growth.

I wear a lot of hats, and just like you, I’m constantly learning how to balance it all while making space for myself.

One thing I’ve learned along the way is that taking care of ourselves and investing in our own growth doesn’t take away from the people we love. It actually helps us show up better for them. ❤️

That’s a big part of why I love what I do!

Through my coaching practice, I help women understand themselves better, strengthen their relationships, communicate their needs, create healthier boundaries, and make themselves a priority too.

Whether you’re married, single, raising a family, or navigating a new chapter, you deserve to feel supported through it all.

If you’re ready to invest in yourself and your relationships, DM me. I’d love to share how we can work together.

And if you’re new here, introduce yourself in the comments! I’d love to get to know you.

As a mom of 6, a wife, and a women’s coach, there’s always something that needs my attention.

Someone needs me. Something needs to get done. There’s always another item on my to-do list. 😅

Then comes Friday.

I prepare my home, set my table, and get ready to welcome one of the greatest gifts Hashem has given us.

Shabbat. ❤️

A whole day when the outside world can wait.

A day to reconnect with my husband, my children, myself, and Hashem.

A day to be present without feeling like I should be somewhere else or doing something more productive.

Of course, with six kids, Shabbat isn’t exactly a day of doing nothing! 😂

There’s still plenty of noise, food, and activity around our house.

Yet there’s something so beautiful about having a day every single week that reminds us that our worth isn’t measured by how much we accomplish.

We were given the gift of Shabbat because life was never meant to be all about doing.

Every week, I’m reminded how much I need this pause, even when I don’t realize it.

❤️ What’s your favourite part of Shabbat?

A special thank you to @luluthiadesign for the beautiful centrepiece that makes welcoming Shabbat even more special!

Shavua tov!

One thing I’ve learned over in more recent years is that compromise who I am is not something I’ll do for anything or anyone.

As a coach, mikvah educator, content creator, and woman who shares so much of her life online, it’s easy to get caught up in what performs well, what gets attention, and what sells.

Of course I want my business to grow. I love what I do, and I want to reach more women.

At the same time, I never want that growth to come at the expense of my values, my beliefs, or being myself.

I want the women who come into my world to connect with the real me.

That’s the kind of growth that feels good to me.

Can you relate to this in your own life or work?

Shabbat Shalom

There are moments in marriage when we see our partner struggling, reacting badly, or simply not being their best.

It can be so tempting to point it out, or correct it, remind them.
We want to make sure they know we noticed.

There’s such a powerful lesson in this week’s parsha Bereishit.

After Adam and Chava made their mistake, Hashem clothed them. He covered them in their vulnerability.

Marriage gives us a front-row seat to another person’s weaknesses. We see what the rest of the world doesn’t always see.

Love isn’t pretending those things aren’t there.
It’s knowing that every weakness doesn’t need to be exposed.

The parsha reminds us to choose warmth over criticism, compassion over correction, and helping the person we love feel safe with us even when they’re having a hard moment.

Doing this builds a happy and healthy relationship.

Save this for the next moment you’re tempted to point something out.

Anyone else need a minute to figure out if they’re actually upset with their husband or if their nervous system is just DONE? 😂

When we’re overwhelmed, tired or taking on too much, everything can feel bigger than it is.

One of the things I work on with women in my coaching practice is learning to pause, understand what they actually need, and communicate it before frustration takes over.

That little pause can change the whole conversation.

If you want support with communication, boundaries or feeling more like yourself in your relationships, DM me SUPPORT. 🤍
