Cape Town Marathon 2023 #4

Not my best day in the office, but a marathon is a marathon hey. Happy to have shared the streets with the running fam as they smash PB’s or suffer with me 😅

Thanks to the dream team that got me ready for this race @kath_poole @mikeobery - The show must go on! 💪🏽

@crrc_ct always there for the vibes when we need it most 🥳🎉

George MUT by UTMB

Tough day in the mud, frustrations were high and everything I knew I could run was just a slippery slide with multiple falls in the process.
Had to just dust myself off and keep moving forward.

Thats what trail running is all about. You need to adapt to the conditions and push on.

Onto the next 💪🏽
