Using more of my gym days to focus on accessory work.

Especially with the gyms new toy @beyondpowerofficial cable machine. With the different attachments I’m able to do a variety of things!

SA lat pull downs 12 reps
Superset - hallow holds :30sec

Face pulls 12 reps
Superset- Copenhagen Plank :20 sec
