🔥 FRIENDSGIVING WORKOUT #3
A little teamwork, a little strategy, and a whole lot of moving!

Here's how it works:
2-4-6-8
Synchro Burpee Box Jumps

After EACH round, complete:
💪 16 DB Snatches (50/35)

Once you've finished your final round of 8 burpee box jumps and 16 snatches, head straight to the SkiErg and rack up as many calories as possible!

The best part? You and your partner can split the DB snatches and SkiErg however you want.

Have a game plan, communicate, and most importantly, have fun with it! 🔥

FRIENDSGIVING WORKOUT #2: HEAVY LIFTING 🏋️‍♀️🔥

You KNEW we had to throw some heavy lifting into the mix! 🔀

You've got 7 minutes to find your heaviest complex:
1 Deadlift
1 Power Clean
1 Hang Clean (any style)
1 Jerk
And yes, the hang clean can be done however you want. We’re not picky. 😎

Time to see what you and your partner can put up!

🍗 FRIENDSGIVING COMP: WORKOUT 1 REVEAL 🍂

Welcome to FRANTASY LAND 🔥

We’re kicking things off with a little Fran-inspired chaos. Two rounds of thrusters and gymnastics, one 7-minute clock. How far can you get?

⏱️ 7-MINUTE CLOCK

PART 1
21-15-9

* Thrusters (75/55)
* Pull-Ups

PART 2
15-12-9

* Thrusters (115/75)
* Bar Muscle-Ups

Don’t let the first half fool you. The bar gets heavier, the gymnastics get spicier, and the clock doesn’t care. 🔥

Modifications will be available, so come ready to compete, push yourself, and have some fun.

Who’s ready for a trip to Frantasy Land? 👀

We did the fucking thing! RX BABY!

Almost 10 years of CrossFit, and I’m still finding new ways to challenge myself.

Preparing for today’s RX competition meant choosing RX workouts, working on movements I’ve avoided for years, and intentionally pushing myself outside my comfort zone.

It’s easy to get comfortable, and even easier to become complacent. But this experience has reminded me just how much I love this sport and how rewarding it is to put in the work simply because I want to grow.

There’s something incredibly fulfilling about challenging yourself just to see what you’re capable of. Nearly a decade into this sport, I’m still discovering new strengths, finding new goals, and realizing there’s always room to grow. And that alone is something to be proud of.🥹🫶🏽

And one of the greatest parts of this experience has been having people in my corner who genuinely want to see me grow. My bestie, my coaches, my crossfit fam and my husband have made this journey even more meaningful 🥲🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹. Putting in the work is rewarding, but having people who believe in you, push you, and celebrate those moments with you is an entirely different kind of win.

Almost a decade later, I’m still learning, still growing, and finding new reasons to fall in love with this sport all over again. ❤️
