I was blessed to be featured in a LatinX photoshoot amongst other amazing leaders in their respective industries! @jopwell chooses to embrace diversity and provide an outlet for those that feel underrepresented in the workplace. What a great way to embrace our authentic selves!! 🇵🇦 Soy Panameño y soy yo! ✊🏾 #AfroLatina #melaninpoppin #melaninmagic by @bigjennn

Another trip around the sun. 🤍✨

I’ve been a little quieter these past few months—living, learning, caregiving, creating, dreaming, and allowing myself to expand into whatever this next version of me is meant to be.

There’s still so much I’m figuring out, but today I’m choosing gratitude. For the beautiful moments, the hard ones that stretched me, the career shifts and dreams I’m still chasing, and the reminder to actually enjoy my life while I’m building it.

And to everyone who has loved me, checked on me, been patient with me, or simply given me grace during this season—thank you. More than you know.

Here’s to taking more chances, creating more, loving deeper, and letting life surprise me.

Chapter 34. 🎂✨ Still becoming. Still grateful. Still choosing life. #culturecon #nyc #love #birthday #peace by @bigjennn

Movement isn’t always about pushing harder. Yesterday’s corporate stretch sessions were a reminder that recovery, mobility, and intentional movement are just as important as the workout itself. Strong bodies move well, recover well, and perform well. ✨🤸🏽‍♀️

Growth happens when you put yourself in rooms with people who challenge, inspire, and elevate you.

Grateful for the workouts, connections, and community at NYC SHRED this weekend. 🔥

See you next year. 💪🏽✨

February flew by… somewhere between workouts, good food, and little moments that felt like alignment. ✨ taken in New York, New York by @bigjennn

New home. New energy. Same discipline.

Full body burner (no equipment):

• Reverse lunges pulse – 12 each leg
• Rotating jump squats – 10–15
• Glute bridges – 20
• Rev lunge kicks – 20
• Wall sit heel raises – 15
• Rev lunge high knee - 10

3–4 rounds. Minimal rest.

Building strength wherever I land. Consistency over comfort.
💪🏾😊

Who said a man can’t host a Galentine’s? Just hoping to remind my dear friends how much they deserve to be celebrated.

@alannaysabel thank you for the beautiful serenade and to the team at @aliya.bklyn for the hospitality. taken in Aliya by @bigjennn
