I saw somebody post on Threads that @culturecon is a place for people with a plan and hustlers. I couldn’t agree more. I’ve never had a bad experience at Culture Con because I always enter with a plan and a goal. I set a pathway for myself. My most favorite part of Culture Con is the ability for me to see all of the people that I’ve crossed paths with throughout my journey. It’s like a big creative family reunion. It’s an opportunity to reaffirm bonds, friendships, and truly get to work. Getting tips, learning new tricks, and also having your cup re-filled with people saying, “ I’m proud of you” are all the things that I experienced at Culture Con. PROUD is an understatement!!! 🥹🙏🏾♥️
This journey wasn’t easy. We got THREE accepted offers — two fell through (completely out of our control), but that third one made it all the way to the closing table! 💪🏾

Buying investment properties is no walk in the park, but she stayed motivated, optimistic, and fully trusted my team and me to make it happen. I absolutely LOVE helping the people I know and love build real estate wealth, and I’m truly honored to have been part of this chapter.

The best part? She’s literally right around the corner from me — so it’s about to be a LIT summer! ☀️🔥 Proud of you, sis! Let’s do this again some time 🤣🏡♥️
