@ibjjf Open Weight Gold Medalist 🥇 London 2026 - 3 matches

Category Silver 🥈
2 rear naked chokes 2 point wins
I lost the category to a mistake that I made and I brought it back in the open weight final for the win!

A brief overlook of the S & C approach on @bigred.bjj in prep for IBJJF👊🏼

Now this is only a very brief and simple view, however you can notice, nothing fancy or flash, building strength in the basic lifts, monitoring fatigue, breaking training down into phases, building the overall athletic qualities.

Don’t overcomplicate something that is simple.
- get stronger
- get quicker
- get more conditioned
- prioritise your sport

For any questions on how to structure your own training for BJJ shoot me a message📈
