A brief overlook of the S & C approach on @bigred.bjj in prep for IBJJF👊🏼

Now this is only a very brief and simple view, however you can notice, nothing fancy or flash, building strength in the basic lifts, monitoring fatigue, breaking training down into phases, building the overall athletic qualities.

Don’t overcomplicate something that is simple.
- get stronger
- get quicker
- get more conditioned
- prioritise your sport

For any questions on how to structure your own training for BJJ shoot me a message📈

Such a gem hidden in the depths of Six Hills @wildsauna.club 🔥

The perfect sauna spot with views & a dip 🏊
The sauna was a lush 90 degrees!
