SEA 2 SKY Trail rolling. 🏔️

Last summer Alycia and rolled out for a couple nights camping along the S2S trail, pedalling, relaxing etc.

❌ What ensued was a bout of the most violent food poisoning I’ve ever had, we both got worked.

It was much nicer to go back over this solstice weekend, after Alycia got off a night shift, and spend a couple of swimming, riding and consuming caffeine in fine form.

The STS Gondola road. 🏔️
It’s steep and somewhat relentless and only sometimes a good idea.

There is the promise of a coffee, grilled cheese and maybe a colder beverage waiting at the top.
Sometimes the line is too long and your patience to short.
So you behind the long descent, wondering how much longer those rear brake pads that @zc1331 told you to replace already will last.

And you still find a coffee on the way home. A much better one in all honesty. ☕️ by @bikehackvalade

Flat bars, drop bars, big tires, not so big tires, suspension, rigid, lycra, denim, athletic, casual. Thursdays are coed open rides. Not a member? Come out for a trial ride. Looking to join SGCC weekly? Become a member at Squamishgravelcc.com

Rides are intermediate to experienced level rides. All riders may find the route and pace challenging at times. Come join us knowing the route, self supported for any and all obstacles, with lights and necessary repair equipment. Spare layers are strongly recommended for chilly nights and unexpected delays (and of course après!).
