Some are habits, some are preferences, and some are just non-negotiable. 🤭✨

I’m curious, what are some things you’re oddly particular about? Share in the comments 🥹👀💭

I recently facilitated a Social Media Optimization workshop at GAP 8.0, speaking to young graduates about showing up better online.

Their questions reminded me how easily we underestimate what we know because it comes naturally to us. On the flip side, never let familiarity replace preparation. Always research before you speak; things change, and you never know who’s listening.

Interestingly, I still don’t know who recommended me. The person only knew I attend @cci_uyo, so they found someone in @cci_uyo who knew me, and that’s how they eventually reached me.

Whoever you are, thank you. 🤍 And to the GAP 8.0 team, thank you for such a warm and thoughtful experience. by @blector_victor

…food. fashion. skincare. tech. logistics. and a few things in between. some came naturally, others took a little more figuring out. but each one taught me something different about people and what makes them pay attention.

Mondays are easily one of my favourite days. With only one meeting on my calendar, I get to ease into the week, settle into my routine, and start things on a steady note. It feels like a more active extension of Sunday, with just enough structure to get the week going. By Tuesday, the week is in full swing.
