“Our love is a universe of endless possibilities and potential. It knows no limits or end. Like the galaxy that knows no bounds, our love travels beyond all limitations. It is a love that cannot be contained or constrained.”

As I reflect on this past year and share with you some of my favorite places I was so lucky to see, I find myself deeply grateful for the moments that have guided me. Nature and community have always been my grounding force, helping me find peace amidst life in this wild yet beautiful world we live in. Accepting change and appreciating even the smallest moments has helped me see how they all weave together into something meaningful.

I’ve realized that my love for humanity and life is endless. I can’t imagine going back to the place where I was once so fearful of opening my heart to the possibilities of true connection. It’s incredible to feel how much more I’m willing to embrace the beauty of life and the bonds of love that tie us all together.

I’m in awe of love. Even how the fear of its depth of the unknown has shaped me. It can be our compass and most powerful teacher. If we allow it, guiding us toward understanding and compassion. Love is limitless, and I hope we can all experience it, quest for it, and give it freely to one another. Even when the vulnerability of love scares us, we can grow with it. It’s in the discomfort that we expand, connect, and ultimately heal.

My hope is that love inspires us to treat each other more kindly, to hold space for empathy even when we don’t fully understand one another, and to accept people as they are. To shoot for the stars...for the one thing or person that challenges us the most. Let us not allow fear to get in the way of something as pure as love. How can we make it easier to believe that we, too, are worthy of love? Because you are.:)

Wishing you a Happy New Year ahead—one filled with new adventures, life-altering moments, and a love so pure that it lifts you to new heights. May it inspire you to connect more deeply with others, to lift them up, to adore the little moments and to experience more than you ever thought possible.🧡✨🫶💥 by @bondangelbond

Big thank you to Nashville Voyager for this interview and write up! I’ve taken a long break from social media and slowly making my way back into this realm.

Working on my mental health has been an intricate part of getting my health fully back on track. I’ve had to shift my thinking on what is going right in my body and not what is not well or working for me right now. It’s so easy to go down the rabbit hole and be consumed with everything that you need to “fix” in your body.

I think our well being will be an ongoing process for us all. But it is not stopping me from living and cultivating the things that make me happy. Which makes me one lucky human! So grateful I’m able to find this space within and continue to grow to learn how to love myself. So crazy how hard that can be! But I fully understand now how important that is if we want to be happy in our bodies and mind and be able to give to others while being present for ourselves.

Also thank you to whoever nominated me to Nashville Voyager. I learned someone in the community sent in my name and I have no idea who it is?! Give me a hint somebody lol! Link in bio.:) It can be hard for me to share what I love about or proud of when it comes to myself lol. So thanks for putting me on the spot!😭

Thank you to everyone who continues to support and share their love with me. I wish I had the words to fully express my gratitude and how much that means to me. I love you too! 🧡❤️‍🔥🧡

We stopped by @hotticketnash yesterday for their official opening and we were absolutely captivated by all the hard work that went into transforming the former Donut Distillery into this spectacular venue. If you are looking for that new place on the Eastside to hang at we implore you to head over to this delightful spot. @kyyleemccoyy and @bondangelbond, as well as a whole lot of others have created quite a vibe. There are amazing cocktails served up by a wonderfully friendly and inviting staff, as well as some delicious bites on the menu. Hot Ticket is going to be a fantastic getaway hang where dancing is always encouraged. Stop by and help support local! 📸: @djelvis1974

We are super excited about the opening of @hotticketnash in East Nashville. @bondangelbond and @kyyleemccoyy are hard at work, remodeling and rebranding the old Donut Distillery location at 311 Gallatin Ave. Our @djelvis1974 sat down with Angel to discuss what the new venue is going to be like. Head to www.rockoracle.com to read the entire article, but here’s a taste:

“The venue will pursue all avenues of music and will not be pigeon-hole by one facet. “We want to be inclusive to everyone”, she said, “So, there will be disco, funk, soul, Latin and everything in between as far as the music. Knowing that soul and R&B came before country is also important. We need more space to host those artists”. Not only that but Hot Ticket will do “thoughtful programming” during the week and will include storytelling, poetry, comedy, and burlesque to name just a few of the ideas presented.”

I celebrated a birthday this weekend. It was lovely, sweet and chill with dear friends. Just what I needed. I’m grateful for everything I have experienced and been able to meet and embrace along the way of my life.

I like to open books randomly and see what their message has in store for me. I did this on my birthday and this was the page I turned to. I felt it was so appropriate and had to share.

“Birth brings me rebirth. My Heart expands to encompass new life and new responsibilities. The love of spirit loves through me funding me with an abundant flow of gentle affection. I greet the souls that come into my care with tenderness and a sense of adventure. Ours is a shared journey. We are pilgrims together to larger realms. The souls who are my intimates bear gifts for me by their presence, I too, bear gifts for those I love.” -Julia Cameron

I truly appreciate everyone’s love and birthday wishes. I hope you feel the same amount of joy and care that you share with me.

What a year and what a life so far. Can’t imagine what’s in store next!

Hug those you love and let them know each moment that you can how much they do mean to you. The more we express our love and share our vulnerability with the world around us the more we are able to receive, learn and grow to have the full life experience we are meant to have. Lead with your heart and lead with Love! It can be scary but it’s worth it. These are my own birthday lessons I’m sharing! lol A question I ask myself daily, What do you feel is your life’s purpose and how am I working towards that? 🫶🧡🫶 by @bondangelbond

Grateful for an introspective year and the opportunity to experience special moments of life through love, human connection and nature. Thank you to everyone that has stood by my side and shown up with your love and support. I’m truly thankful and blessed to have you all in my life. I’ve never felt more aware of than I do now of what I need to continue to face and work through to get to a more peaceful, confident and loving place within myself. Which will hopefully keep leading me forward to a place where I can truly share my voice, love of music and life again with you all.🧡

Hello lovelies! 🥰

I’m clearing out some inventory just in time for the holidays! These little nature rings brought joy to me in a time I was really struggling with my health and the loss of my ability to sing. I’m working on moving on from these now but still creating larger pieces and installs! So you can still hit me up for those. Please do! They’re such a challenge and joy to see the final piece come to life. Also still shooting away at @nashvillerivalden with some very fun productions, so don’t stop sending people our way there too!😂🙏🏽

But most importantly I’ve been focusing on my music more and getting my voice back to full throttle. I notice so much of this process is mental. I know we all face self doubt at times. But as my dear friend always tells me. “Angel what do you have to lose!” He’s right. I did lose my voice and fortunately one of the lucky ones to say that it’s been coming back slowly but surely. This healing has taken a lot longer than I anticipated but again I know so much of it has been my mental state of mind.

Why do we worry So much about failing in front of others. When I understand more now that it is in our attempts that make us stronger. I realize there is no perfect. And I can’t wait to get back up there on stage until I’m perfect. Which I know in the back of my mind is what I thought I had to be. So hopefully you’ll see me soon, up there again, imperfectly singing my heart out to you. Hoping to bring us all a little closer together again!❤️‍🩹

Sending so much love to you all. Hoping to share some hugs, laughter and music with you soon! 🧡🤘🏽💕

Happy Halloween Loves! 🎃✨
It’s been a minute. But I’m here sharing my festive hair and a little piece of the holiday that brought me joy. Made my first DIY witches cauldron! As Salem, Ma is one of my hometowns I wanted to pay homage to my good witch heritage.:) This was way easier than I anticipated so I thought I’d share the steps with you here! I did this all under $25 too!
1. Supplies you’ll need. Cardboard, spray paint, plastic body parts, Christmas lights, bucket, black bird, flower pot, water color mister.
2. Lay cardboard out, add Christmas lights to cover your area. (Side note.. make sure your plug is outside of your cardboard area so you can plug it in!
3. Spay foam, a decent layer over the lights.
4. While foam is still wet, add bucket I’m the middle and then your body parts and whatever else you can think of that makes it creepy.
5. I added more foam on top lip of cauldron so it doesn’t look just like a bucket lol.
6. Spray paint all of the foam areas are. I used black silver, and a touch of red.
7. Once all is dry, I put a ceramic flower pot upside down in bottom of bucket/cauldron. This is so the mister can sit on top of pot and the mist will flow and bubble out of the cauldron.
8. Add water almost to the top of the cauldron and place mister on top of inside pot and plug it all in!
Voila! The lights on the bottom literally look like coal burning!
🎃🎃🎃🎃
I am so very lucky to be here with you. Grateful to have the opportunities and experiences that so many do not get a chance to have and celebrate moments in life. With all that is going on in this world right now, I am striving to stay connected to all of humanity and hold space for all that are suffering.
Sending my love to you all. 🙏🏽🧡

Had a great time hosting this cover story for @gq on this shoot at our home @nashvillerivalden featuring the lovely @gaelgarciab! I even got him to wear my favorite jean jacket!🤘🏽 @praymoses.studio slayed in styling! So incredibly talented and a wonderful human being! My NYC peeps he’s your person!
Gael was extremely gracious and kind to work with. I tried to get him on top of the hood of our Transam for an epic shot but he gently refused for the sake of the integrity of the car. 😭
🔥Thank you to @peerspace for these fun opportunities! ⚡️Nashville, Mollie can make your production dreams come true. Check her out at @agencymj 🤩 Such a pleasure working with you!
