Had such a great time today hanging out and having some fun with some of my amazing Realtor partners. Business is important, relationships are important, but sometimes you just need to step away from the grind and enjoy the people you work alongside.

Huge shoutout to my team who ALWAYS shows up and brings the energy. 🙌 I’m incredibly grateful for the people I get to work with every day.

We laughed, we had a ton of fun, and we definitely made some memories.

Everyone in real estate is looking for the secret. The truth is, there isn’t one.

There is no secret to this business (or any business). There is no shortcut around the work and commitment required to excel in sales. But there is certainly a way to accelerate your success.

It’s the room you’re sitting in. The room that challenges you when you’re thinking too small, the room that shares instead of competes, the room that raises your standards, the room that becomes your people, allows you to be vulnerable, breaks you down to break you open, the room that makes you better simply because you’re in it. Your environment will always outperform your motivation.

Meet my handsome husband, @brucestevens_ .

There is something really powerful about building with your person. Seeing each other at your best and your breaking points… and choosing to keep going anyway.

Bruce is my partner in life, business, parenthood. He is steady, solid, and he does not waver (he’s a Leo don’t bother trying to win a fight against him). While most people get caught up in what others think, Bruce does not care about judgment and he does not judge other people either. He does not overthink things, he does not stress, He just moves forward.

But he is not just steady, he is alive. He is chasing sunsets, taking the long way down dirt roads, saying yes to things most people overanalyze themselves out of. He leans into adrenaline, into the uncomfortable, into the hard things that most people avoid. He does not wait for the perfect moment, he creates it.

He looks at life differently. He is not worried about missing work or school. He is worried about missing a moment. He will choose an experience, a memory, or time together every single time, because he knows that is what actually matters in the long run.

He is strong mentally in a way that is hard to explain, but he also has a softness to him. He is empathetic, he listens, he understands, and at the same time he is extremely protective of the people he loves.

He is the reason I can live out front the way I do. He is more than comfortable operating in the background, without recognition, without needing the spotlight, just making sure everything and everyone is taken care of.

But this is me pulling him into it for a second, because a lot of what you see in me, in our life, and in our business, exists because of him.

My soul feels full here. Maybe it’s the slowness, the way time stretches, maybe it’s being fully present, realizing most things are not worth stressing over, listening to my kids laugh in a way that brings me back to the days I never want to forget, maybe it’s the purity of the food, the rhythm of Pura Vida, or maybe it’s simply the reminder that life is meant to be lived, not rushed through, the way we have never missed a sunset, the surf, the dirt roads, the most beautiful people.

Whatever it is, my heart is fullest here. Santa Teresa, we love you, and we are so grateful for the way this country, and this small little place, makes us feel most alive. Pura Vida ❤️

This past week we came together as a team for our Q1 Vision Casting.

A day to slow down, connect, reflect on 2025, and cast the vision for what we’re building in 2026 and Q1.

We wrote letters to our future selves, a one hour breath work session, and solidified our individual intentions for the year ahead

All I can say… these humans are special. They’re real, honest, and eager to develop themselves and those around them.

They value one another, they lift each other up, and they show up fully.

They’re leaders.
