It’s an interesting shift when you stop only asking, “What am I giving?” and start asking, “What is this giving back to me?” I have spent decades being the one who constantly brings the energy, the optimism, the ideas, the solutions, the belief, the push forward. Lately, I have been paying much closer attention to the people who give some of that energy back to me. I think the older I get, the more I realize your energy is one of your most valuable resources. And who you spend it with matters. 💛

Paintball was never going to be my pick. People shooting at me on purpose? Not exactly my idea of a good time. 🥴 But I’m on a 12-week journey of intentional fun. For a long time, life has been work and kids, and somewhere along the way I picked up this idea that fun was irresponsible. I’m officially working on retiring that one. So I went. And here’s what I figured out: I love these people because they can make just about anything fun. Apparently, even getting shot at. 😂 The best part was having my son out there with me. He had the time of his life, and getting to share the day with him made it even better. Being on this team, there’s always a lot of fun mixed in with a lot of really hard work. It’s actually one of the reasons I chose it. We work hard for our clients, we push each other, and we make room for days like this too. Huge thanks to @kei_themortgageguy Go Rascal and @allie_abbatiello Quintessential Mortgage Group for sponsoring the day, coming out to play, and apparently revealing that they’re both straight assassins. 😂 I’ll be checking over my shoulder at our next closing. 📍 MSG Paintball Field | Middletown, NY Stevens Real Estate eXp Realty team in paintball gear at MSG Paintball Field in Middletown, Orange County, NY

Sometimes you just need to unplug, cut loose, and release the beast a little bit! 😂🔥 Had such a great time today hanging out and having some fun with some of my amazing Realtor partners. Business is important, relationships are important, but sometimes you just need to step away from the grind and enjoy the people you work alongside. Huge shoutout to my team who ALWAYS shows up and brings the energy. 🙌 I’m incredibly grateful for the people I get to work with every day. We laughed, we had a ton of fun, and we definitely made some memories. Already looking forward to doing it again soon! 💪🔥

15 years. And somehow, I can still see the beginning of everything in these photo. I’d choose you over and over again. ❤️

2026 Stevens Real Estate Client Appreciation — Farewell to Summer Soirée ☀️🥂 What a night. One of the best parts of this business has always been the people. The clients who trusted us with some of life’s biggest decisions, the families who continue to come back, the friends who send referrals our way, and the relationships that have grown far beyond a closing table. Tonight was simply about saying thank you. Thank you for your trust. Thank you for your support. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journeys, your milestones, and your next chapters. Real estate may be what brings us together, but the relationships and community we build along the way are what make it meaningful. Grateful for everyone who came out to celebrate with the Stevens Real Estate family as we officially said farewell to summer. Here’s to everything still ahead in 2026. 🥂🏡 #StevensRealEstate #ClientAppreciation #FarewellToSummer #HudsonValleyRealEstate #HudsonValleyNY

Five years with Stevens Real Estate 🥹✨ Fun fact: I've held my REALTOR® license for more than five years, and I've been in sales for 30 — but my real journey in real estate started the day I joined Stevens Real Estate, powered by eXp. I just wanted to take a moment to share some much-deserved gratitude. After a slow start this year, I'm making up for lost time — and I definitely didn't get here alone. To my clients who became my friends — my favorite texts, the people I root for the loudest: thank you for trusting me with your story. To my brokers @lindsayeileenstevens @brucestevens_, my sponsor @AgentMichaelCarrNyc, my incredible team @stevensrealestate_, and all my friends and family who carried me through these five years: thank you. This business gave me a career. You gave me a community 🤍 Here's to the next five 🔑 #FiveYearAnniversary #GratefulHeart #HudsonValleyRealtor #HudsonValleyRealEstate #UlsterCounty #RealtorLife #ClientAppreciation #ThankYou #StevensRealEstate #eXpRealty #NewPaltzNY

@brucestevens_ and @lindsayeileenstevens own and run our brokerage, and every year they sponsor the SOS Triathlon. This year, my son Parker asked if he could run the booth on Saturday and Bruce and Lindsay said yes. I helped him set up Saturday, then had to leave for a showing. Last year, Parker spent race stay with me at the same booth. This year, at 12, he stayed on his own, no me standing next to him, talking to people about the raffle, handing out sunglasses and cow bells like it was his job. Sunday, Bruce and Lindsay raced the course themselves, swim, bike, and run across the Shawangunk Ridge, and both walked off that mountain with course PRs 5:46:48 and 5:54:40. Watching two people I work with every day push themselves to a personal best on a course that hard does something to you. It makes you look at your own goals and ask what you’re actually capable of when you stop making excuses for yourself. New Paltz is where I grew up, and SOS weekend is one of those times I get to be fully back in it, running into people I’ve known since I was a kid, meeting new ones at the booth, and watching my own son become part of something bigger than one race. That’s the part that’s hard to put into words. It’s not just a triathlon. It’s my community, still showing up for itself, year after year. Fewer than 300 athletes get a spot in the @sostriathlon each year. The course crosses Minnewaska State Park and carriage. Roads maintained by Mohawk preserve, and entries help fund causes with real roots. Were you out at SOS this weekend? Tell me how you did, or who you ran into.
