I think I squealed out loud when @thewonderwick reached out. Like, what do you mean this has to do with books AND fragrances, two of my favorite things?? What do you mean you make candles and perfumes for Sarah J. Maas’ universe (and other fantasy ones that are most definitely now on my TBR list)??

@unhingedbooktalk let me run wild with ideas here and it’s definitely the most custom Shopify site I’ve ever created. @dropcapdesign killed it on the branding as per uszh. 👏🏼

This is the kinda work that makes me so lucky to be like “wow it’s my literal job to get cozy on the couch and make cute (and high converting!) stuff on the internet”.

Had such a fun time doing this one, it’s a lot more playful than my uzsh 🫧

Popped a whole bunch of custom sections from my library into Shopify’s free Dawn theme to get a really fun and different result - also went a little cray cray on some custom code to do things like bubbles in the footer, replacing the cart with a cute bath icon etc 🛁

I am SWOONING over this gorgeous Shopify site designed + built by Jess from @storytold.studio - she used The Section Studio to totally customize Shopify’s free Horizon theme ✨

It’s so cool to see how different designers use these building blocks in different ways and put their own spin on them. Jess made things extra elegant with some CSS animations too 😍

If you’re feeling kind of boxed in by Shopify’s editor (or are tired of needing to stress over picking JUST the right $400 theme to buy for your project)…I’m pointing a big flashing neon sign to the section library that totally changed my Shopify world 👀 by @bungalow.creative
