I'm back for year 2 as a @stillirun ambassador. Year one was a lot of fun. Got to talk to a few people at the New York City marathon brunch. Can't wait to see what year 2 will bring. #stillirunambassador #forwardisapace by @bushwickrunner

#medalmonday number 16, 17, 18 for the year. What a weekend in Chicago. They put on a great race it was very well organized and the city was out there cheering on the runners. I felt the love from Chicagoans. I would definitely go back to run this race again or any kind of race in Chicago. Now it's time to recover. #runningcommunity #chicagomarathon #worldsmentalhealthday #chicago5k by @bushwickrunner

The past couple days have been a roller coaster of emotions. From the marathon to the election. I will vent about that later. But highlights the NYC marathon is always exciting and NYC will always show out for that day. Another highlight is seeing my son vote for the very first time. I will never forget that and he knows we got more work to do. I love that pic with the great Ted Corbitt the man who came up with the idea to run the five boroughs and founder of NYRR. #prouddad #tcsnycmarathon #igrunners #runnersofinstagram by @bushwickrunner

Another week in the books. 10 miles on the treadmill! 😳 9 miles on the bike yesterday. I'm feeling good!! The weather is cooling down. I just have to get some miles in the trails to get me ready for this race. #runnersofinstagram #igrunner #beatyesterday #sundayrunday by @bushwickrunner

Nothing suspicious here. Just five very serious runners making very unserious playlist choices at Summer Streets.

P.S. @bklyn.run.mama — be honest, did we pass the Shokz vibe check?

Another week of the knee feeling better. I have to put it to the test of a long distance run. I think I'm ready for that. I felt good running in the summer street it was so hot. Not that I'm complaining I remember the winter we had last year. 🥶 #beatyesterday #garmin #summerstreet #runnersofinstagram #igrunner by @bushwickrunner

Another month down to whatever I'm doing. 😆 🤣 On the real I'm feeling much better than I did a couple of weeks ago. I have to remember keep doing the small things, keep putting in the hard work. You will see the results. Let's see what August brings us. #ontothenextone #beatyesterday ##runnersofinstagram #igrunner by @bushwickrunner
