When the comp starts at 3:00 but your gig’s booked at 4:00 🎶 What a way to finish off the competition season, Czech Butcher Wars, you were a blast!! The venue, the competitors and the public all brought the energy despite the rain. Pepíček, it was an honour to share the stage with you, we gave the crowd a show they won’t forget!!⚡️ Thanks must go to Mira, Klara, the judges, Pilsner Urquall Brewery, the sound and photography crew and all of the sponsors for supporting and organising such an amazing event and comp 🍻 Eternally grateful to @ringrosephoto for capturing so much content during that final round 🥹 Congratulations to all competitors for showcasing our industry at its best. The future looks bright for Czech butchery! Special thanks to Con & Kon for helping in those final minutes of display and sound checks 😅 Finally, I have nothing but love for Con & Em who have truly been my anchors this week, a lot of laughs and so many memories ❤️ #butchersofinstagram #butcherlife #craftbutchery #butcherwars #pilsnerurquell by @butchertindale
Behind the butcher’s block 🥩 Big Mummy got a peek behind the scenes at @shearerbutchers to see award-winning butcher Ben Tindale @butchertindale working his magic on our skirt steak and bavette order. Naturally, a little gossip was gathered along the way too 😏 Fresh cuts, serious skill and a proper passion for the craft. Huge thanks to the team for letting us behind the scenes and capturing a little of what goes into the meat that ends up on our grill. Recently named a top-four finalist in Britain’s Best Butchers Shop awards — and it’s easy to see why 👏 #butchersofinstagram #butcherylife #butchersblock #steakcuts #bbqcommunity by @butchertindale
