Finishing the year as the 2023 Black Belt Nogi Masters World Champion 🥇

This is my second world title and my first one at black belt. It feels good to accomplish goals and be able to display some of the things we’ve been studying @formjiujitsu during my fights.

Thanks @rickslomba for traveling to coach and for helping me day in and day out in-between the competitions.

Also! I loved hearing @_sweetestcin and @mollizborowski cheering during my matches and appreciate the training leading up to the competition 💕 taken in Las Vegas Convention Center by @bwunner

🥉 3rd at Master Worlds 2026
Not quite what I came for, but I’m proud of the progress I made this summer and am happy to be back on the right track.

So grateful for the opportunity to compete, for everyone who supports me, and for the chance to keep doing Jiu Jitsu 🤍 @formjiujitsu taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @bwunner

Little late of a post but what a weekend 😅
Saturday I took first in the feather weight division and second in open class after a solid 10 hour tournament day. Shout out to @fayetality123 and @aenriquez218 for the hospitality Saturday night, and letting me tag along for a chill day of training (@nucleusbjj) and food on Sunday 😊 Hope to be back to Georgia soon! And of course thanks to my teammates @formjiujitsu. Next up, Austin 🫶 taken in College Park, Georgia by @bwunner
