Sweet bread for a Monday morning. Now all that's missing is a cup of coffee. ☕🥐

There's not much to say, I just had fun drawing some sweet bread... and then I turned the illustration into a label for the sticker packs I'm selling, hehe.

I hope you like it, and I hope it makes you crave some pan dulce! ✨

I think I fell in love with my Freya design 👁️👄👁️

She was so much fun to draw! I even had to study anatomy to get her muscles right... although I'm still convinced that someone with more anatomy knowledge will find something to correct, haha.

I've been practicing character design a lot lately, and I hope I'll be able to share more of that work soon.
For now, enjoy this buff Freya! 💪✨

⬇️⬇️⬇️ Apep, the snake, is the embodiment of chaos. This illustration needed a little bit of that, hehe.

Just casually reposting an old illustration because... I don't have much new to show at the moment. Well, that's not entirely true. I actually have plenty of new illustrations, I just can't share them yet.

In the meantime, enjoy this upside-down snake! 🐍✨

FREYA!! 🔥⚔️ The Norse goddess of love and war, associated with beauty, gold, and… the proud owner of two giant blue cats and a giant boar. She is so epic, isn’t she?

While reading about her, I noticed she has two sides. One is her magical side: she owns the famous necklace Brísingamen and is said to have taught the art of seiðr to Odin. The other is her warrior side. The Valkyries answer to her, and half of the warriors who die in battle are welcomed into her realm, Fólkvangr.

For this illustration, I wanted to portray her as a warrior. Halfway through, though, I remembered the story where Thor had to dress up as Freya to trick a giant… and it actually worked! So now I’m wondering: maybe Thor was less muscular than we usually imagine… or maybe Freya simply had amazing arms. I mean, if she could carry two giant cats, she’d have to be pretty strong, hehe.

I hope you like the illustration!

And, do you think Thor was less muscular than we usually imagine him or Freya simply had amazing arms?

Some of the characters I've been commissioned to draw! 💖

I absolutely love bringing your characters to life. It's always so much fun finding a way to blend your ideas with my cute art style, haha. And judging by your reactions, I think you love the final result just as much as I do!

So, if you'd like me to draw your character too, feel free to send me a DM. My commissions are open, and I'd love to bring your ideas to life! ✨

My first animation in Live2D! ✨ I won't lie, this was a pain in the ass. There was so much to learn, so many parameters to tweak, and so many mistakes along the way... but in the end, everything came together, and I'm really happy with how it turned out.

I hope you like this ajolote panadero. He's working very hard! 🧁🍩

10 minute sketch 💚 this was one of the first drawings I made in Procreate. I remember testing every pencil brush I could find until I discovered that none of them felt quite right… so I end up making my own brush, hehe.

For this sketch, I used “the green gown” by the British artist Thomas Edwin Mostyn as a reference.

I hope you like the drawing! ✨

Baigujing 💀 She is a demon from the novel Journey to the West. She tried to trick the Monkey King, but he never fell for her tricks. Although she can take on many human forms, according to the novel her true form is a skeleton.

For this illustration, I wanted to experiment with the style and give it the texture of a traditional brush painting. Aaaand, designing characters inspired by Chinese opera costumes is always sooo much fun 🔥✨

I hope you like the drawing!🌈

COMMISSION!! 💙💙💙

Helloo! This was a really fun commission to work on. The client asked me to draw a character wearing a Victorian dress and riding a horse while looking elegant and pretty. I had a lot of fun experimenting with different poses, although I also struggled quite a bit trying to understand how horse anatomy works, haha.

Anyway, I love the character’s hair, the dress, the horse... aaaaaah

🩵 Currently designing book covers for fun! 🩵One of the things I love most about illustration is finding a way to capture an entire story, or it’s atmosphere in a single image.

Let me tell you a little about the story.

Aori: Songs tha should not exist, is a short story set during Japan’s Heian period. Aori is a lonely prince who lives a quiet, monotonous life, with few companions and little to break the silence of his palace. Everything changes when his father gifts him a flute.
As Aori learns to play, he falls in love with music. It fills the emptiness around him and brings color to his days. But the more he plays, the stranger things become. The flute allows him to create illusions through music. At first, the changes are small: a different color on a wall. but with every melody, his illusions grow more vivid and more comforting than reality itself.

Slowly, Aori loses himself in the world he has created, until he can no longer tell illusion from truth.

Will he be able to escape his own beautiful lie? 🌊

Aaaaaah, I had so much fun writing the story!

If you have a novel, a story, or an idea you’d like to bring to life, feel free to send me a message!

💜Here are some illustrations I made for a mini novel I had in mind. I love stories with dark twists, so I wanted to illustrate that eerie, slightly gothic feeling. These are just sketches, but I actually really like how they turned out.

What do you think is happening here?

I love working with this technique to bring my illustrations into the physical world ✨ sometimes it's really challenging, there are so many pieces to cut and microscopic details to glue, but the result is worth it.

And by the way, she is Wu Zetian, the only female emperor in Chinese history 🌟
