SUMMIT 2026 // I am so grateful for a great evening together with our @quailspringsbc Connect Group leaders last night! I’m excited for what God has in store for us in the months ahead - the best is yet to come here in OKC!

I was glad to have @sammidgett with us to help equip all of our discipleship ministry leaders too. I spent over a decade doing ministry by his side and miss getting to do that together - was fun to do it again for a few hours! Sam is one of my biggest mentors and influences in my life and to have him pour into our church meant a ton to me. Many of our new OKC friends have gotten to meet and know Jillian a little bit and already know how incredible she is, but not many of you have gotten to see how great of a photographer she is!

Tonight she got to share and teach a few tips to @qsbcwomen on how to take the best photos possible with their phone. She put so much time and intentional thought into what she shared and I’m just so proud of her for using her God given talents to encourage others not just to take social media worthy pictures…but to remember that we often take pictures of others who are made in the image of the God who created them!

Squad Games with @dudeperfect & the @thesavbananas was such a good time tonight with the boys! Maddox was a little bummed that @coach.rac and the Bananas fell short, but all was good when he got to meet him!

E I G H T // Happy 8th birthday to Maddox! Maddox has grown a ton this year in a lot of ways and it’s just so fun getting to be his dad!

He’s a great big brother. He’s really smart. He pulls out the most random facts all the time. Still the biggest DudePerfect fan I know. He’s all things baseball and baseball cards. He’s transitioning well into Oklahoma life and wants to know the Thunder score every night. Most importantly: he loves Jesus and his new church.

Last week after the sermon at church I asked him, “What is the most important thing to our family?” and he replied with “Helping other people because that’s what Jesus would do.” I hope he always carries that mindset with him to serve other people the way that Jesus would! taken in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma by @caseyburt

Happy Mother’s Day to my favorites! Jillian is the absolute best mama to our three kiddos and my mom and Gran are the very same for me! I’m incredibly grateful for these three and that God let me belong to each of them. I love you all so much! by @caseyburt

What a fun way to leave Texas! Got to take the boys to the @rangers game tonight and get on the field during batting practice where a few players were so kind to talk to them, give them each a ball, and sign some cards.

Shoutout to @burgatron13, @josh6jung, and @evancarter for making their night so special! Thanks to @standardmule55 for inviting them out onto the turf to be so close to the guys and for a great time for us all! Your kindness will be forever remembered by these boys and their dad.

I am so thankful for the nearly 5 years of getting to serve the @prestonwoodnorthcampus church family! Our time here has been incredible for our family and some of the best years of ministry I’ve had in my life so far. The Burts are forever changed by Prestonwood in countless ways and all for the better! Thank you for the all the support, love, care, and community. I am a better Christ follower, husband, dad, and pastor than I was when I got here because of the staff and church that is called Prestonwood! It is a bittersweet feeling to leave this place.

We are so excited for the next chapter that awaits us in Oklahoma City with @quailspringsbc where I will have the honor to serve as the Adult Discipleship Pastor! The people of Quail Springs have been SO kind to us already and we cannot wait to meet everyone and get settled in.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAYLA // So wild to even think that she is already TWO! Layla is our wild child - sassy, strong-willed, and hard-headed…but she’s also the cutest and sweetest little girl on earth!

Layla is one of the biggest blessings to our family and in my life. God created her to be a Burt and our family just didn’t know what we were missing until this day two years ago. Her adoption story is a beautiful depiction of how God welcomes us into His family. I’d love to tell you about it sometime and try to convince you to adopt or support adoption (I’ll even point you directly to a friend I know today in the adoption process 😉).

FIVE✋🏼5️⃣ // Beckham is FIVE today! He’s incredibly funny, but you’d never know because he probably won’t talk to you. He’s the silliest little dude I know. He dances like no one is watching. He sings every word to every song. He’s an awesome sibling. He’s extremely smart. He loves Jesus and knows that Jesus loves him.

This year is the year Beckham will fall in love with baseball - I can feel it! He told me last night he wants to play for the Tigers and be #5 like Maddox and for me to be his coach…and he’s getting into baseball card collecting. I have high hopes!
