💗 Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a good time to take care of yourself and share helpful resources with someone you love.

The Pink Ride, in partnership with Chesapeake Regional Healthcare Breast Center, is offering free 3D mammograms at two upcoming mobile screening dates:

📍 Saturday, October 17 | 9:00 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.
Kempsville Recreation Center
800 Monmouth Lane, Virginia Beach, VA 23464

📍 Wednesday, October 21 | 9:00 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.
Kalfus & Nachman PC / Law Tigers
870 N. Military Highway, Suite 301, Norfolk, VA 23502

Screenings are available to anyone age 40 or older who is uninsured or underinsured and has not had a mammogram within the last 12 months. Spots are limited, so pre-register at chesapeakemammo.com.

The Virginia Beach Jaycees have proudly owned and produced this event since 1963, bringing this Virginia Beach tradition to life year after year.

This Tuesday, we’re inviting you to come hang out with us for a special General Membership Meeting: Game Night Edition! 🎲

We’ll also be welcoming Jaycees from across the country who are in town for the JCI USA National Meeting.

Last week my content switched up and I learned that 17 years of working surf…..is nothing compared to ONE year of being on the Jaycee’s crew for ECSC.
I thought I was giving you guys the inside view of ECSC but then I got one myself and I will never see my friends the same.

I loved and adored you all to begin with; but I hold you all so much higher now. I never knew what happened outside of my little beach marshal tent……now I can’t wait to help make it all happen again next year!
