Digging deep and pouring concrete over at #TheParkHouseMontecito. Pool excavation is officially underway, the patio slab is going in, and things are really starting to take shape around here.

There are places that entertain you, and then there are places that quietly change the way you see.

Venice is one of them.

To walk these narrow streets with our boys, tracing our hands across centuries-old stone, looking up at weathered facades, carved capitals, worn marble, and impossibly beautiful details… it’s a reminder that true craftsmanship only becomes more meaningful with time.

It’s almost unbelievable that a city like this still exists. A place where the architecture, the light, the canals, and the rhythm of daily life feel suspended in another era. Like stepping into a living time capsule.

Trips like these fill more than a camera roll. They fill the creative well. They remind us why we care so deeply about thoughtful design, old materials, quiet details, and homes that tell stories long after we’re gone.

The greatest inspiration has always been found in places that have stood the test of time.

After every @cove.house project we finish we celebrate with the kiddos. ✨

Yes, Chase and I pour everything into these homes — the long days, the pressure, the rollercoaster— but our kids experience it too. They are along for this wild ride.

So when a project wraps (and our biggest one at that), we celebrate, ruminate and soak in this little tradition. Now we need a true vacation but that’s TBD. 😂

#CasaMaré was our love letter to coastal living. Indoor outdoor flow, spaces that breathe serenity, and finishes that feel organic and timeless. With all of our projects, we’re always thinking about how it would feel to wake up here, cook here, host here, and unwind at the end of the day. A calm, design forward sanctuary meant to be lived in, loved, and passed on. This project felt endless at times, but we conquered it and we are beyond proud of the finished product. Thanks for sticking with us through Casa Maré thick and thin. On to #TheLaneHouseMontecito….and beyond.

Teddy is ONE year old and we celebrated with a bang. 💥 Theodore is truly the little “god” of our house. We all worship the ground he crawls on. I’ve never seen the boys look at anyone with such compassion and love as they do him. He is the ultimate gift to our family.

Teddy was born one year ago in the most beautiful experience of my life—at home, in our bedroom, balcony doors open to a perfect 75° morning. In just 2.5 hours, with the most incredible team, he was earthside. And just like his birth, he is the easiest, chillest baby.

The community that surrounded us during that time will never be forgotten. The meals brought to our door, the friends who showered us with love—thank you. I will carry that season in my heart forever. I still say, those two weeks postpartum were some of the most special weeks of my life.

10 years married to you. 18 years together. Three perfect children. Three businesses. A whole lifetime already lived.

So many beautiful ups and downs, all leading us exactly here. Tonight we celebrated back at @sanysidroranch, where we got married (we were babies!).

To our beautiful, bright, inquisitive, confident, force of a boy. You are officially TEN YEARS OLD!!! 👦🏼❤️‍🔥🤯

When London was born we were just kids. Chase just signed a record deal with Sony for his band, I just started a pr company, we were two busy souls embarking on a journey we didn’t know where it would take us. Our world was never the same the moment he entered it, we were now officially a family- bound together for life through this one beautiful little soul. Eternally ours. Eternally destined for greatness in this beautiful world. London doesn’t take no for an answer, he is driven, kind, dedicated, eager to do exactly what he sets his sights on, and he DREAMS big. 10 years has gone by in the blink of an eye and we cannot wait to see what the next 10 years have in store for our blue eyed wonder boy.
