FIND YOUR VOICE | This topic really deserves a post of its own!

In our Body Expressive Academy, we often say that everyone has their audience. When you train to become an instructor, who truly knows what they’re doing-prioritising safety, using techniques that suit the movement, and developing awareness of emotional state and energy modulation-you will always find your people. The ones who connect with your style, your vibe, your way of holding space.

In the Chair Dance Express Instructor Training Course, we focus on strong foundations, but just as importantly, on helping you find your own voice as an instructor.

Do you love simple, fun, fitness-oriented choreography that works perfectly in a gym setting?

Are you drawn to slow, sensual, more exotic movement for evening classes in a pole studio?
Do you prefer commercial energy, or a more artistic, exploratory approach?

All of it is valid. Nothing is better or worse. Complex routines are great, but at times we just need easy and simple. Every style has its purpose, its place, its depth, and its benefits.

What truly matters is clarity and integrity-knowing what you are offering and why. That’s why the course exposes you to many different approaches, energies, and aesthetics, so you can explore, experiment, and recognise what genuinely resonates with you.

The goal is not to copy a style, but to step into your own-with confidence, competence, and authenticity. ❤️ by @chair_dance_express

"Category: Bad Bitch" Alien Super Star! As @ipekgc launched her own version of this routine with @recreo__express she reminded me about finding this one that I did the first day of the album release. Thank you Ipek for triggering it in the best way, also can't wait to see your workshop girls. Two choreographies, one bad bitch vibe. Here is mine ❤️

Become an Instructor of the Chair Dance Express (with an Online Training Course) and built your own world - escape from the reality to your universe where your liberty, creativity and body thrive. Where you support other women to feel just like you. Yes. The first step always feels a bit scary, "I am good enough" or "is it worth it", "do I have time for it" etc. It is normal. But the entire "becoming is a journey", each instructor has a different timing, each community is special and has its own flavours. No need to rush. Take a step and let it flow.

The story of our MADRID house and @ipekgc and her girls is one of big role models. Ipek, used to be a student to the Chair Dance Express in Belgium studio @bodyexpressiveleuven at first. Then she took a step and undertook our Online Instructor Training and when moved to Madrid she started her search for launching her own class. She launched the CHDE format at the pole dance studio, and also by renting rooms for workshops and classes in different places. Today Ipek is building her own Instructor Team around her and expanding from the classic chair dance express to creative area of our formats.

We watch the girls thriving, enjoying themselves and we could not be more proud. by @chair_dance_express

For your visual pleasures, we are sharing today a beautiful choreography created by TENA - our Chair Dance Express and Body Expressive Method Educator and Master Instructor in Croatia, who is also the leader of the Chair Dance Express Instructor Training Centre in Zagreb.

“Earned It” by The Weeknd in her vision is sharp, seductive, asserting itself with power and desire. The most striking is a diversity of steps and how many levels and details this dance has, making it an engaging experiance emotionally and physically. ❤️

Tena represents our Certification Training Center that is hosted by her @glowshow_programi

Although you can take our Instructor Certification Course online from anywhere in the world, keep in mind that if you are anywhere near Croatia and would like to become an instructor, learn our Body Expressive Methodology on chair in a very detailed way, experience it live, express yourself through it with a full heart, and learn not only all the steps but also the energy work, emotional work, and how to teach it effectively, feel free to contact Tena.

One-to-one sessions in Croatian are also available for those of you who prefer this language.

In the meantime we enjoy Tena's creativity at its best 💜 by @chair_dance_express

DANCE VISUAL | I asked girls to dedicate this choreography to someone (can be just internally). 《Dance for her.》 As if you wanted to warn her, but had to do it with a dance instead of words. For your grandma, for your mother, for your daughter, for your sister or a friend or to yourself that didn't know better at the time. Who ever is around you that was caught in that pattern or could have been. The song "Labour" of @parispaloma is a liberating cry of generations of women thaught to sacrifice themselves for others. Sacrifice not in a just, healthy way but complete, total way, where they stopped existing.

Would you like to join us?

"Sensual feeling. Oops she brought down the celling." ...The solar eclipse evening was perfect for our witch craft. This little choreography enters our ALPHA ACT (𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘪𝘳 𝘋𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴s - @bodyexpressivevisuals ). Its easy and simple and is meant to translate the witchery of womenhood. An intuitive hearing of the whispers of the Universe, connection with the worlds chemistry, navigation of energy. Sensual feeling. Oops she brought down the celling.

"I really wanted to cry during dancing" - told me @ipekgc 🥹 ❤️ So much release has happened ...today in 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 (Thaaank youuu 🌞). I did focus a lot on energy skills. ✨ And "I don't wanna miss a thing" of Aerosmith is just perfect for it. In our 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 - 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱, the energy is as real and as important as steps or emotions. A lot of dance students and Instructors are challanged or have not been exposed to how to fully regulate 'explosive' energy, that is with tools (not by chance, but with "technique" ). Orchestrating intensity of your energetical expression with arrowed precision 🏹 , being able to direct it, switch - it is something that gives to dance and emotions, a depth, a dimension. 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆. 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁. We need it all. We need it equally.

Thank you so much to our Madrid house @recreo__express and their absolutely wonderful participants for an amazing engagement of today. We had a great time. See you next time! 😘

@k_e_morton 👋

_______ 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘? ______
Body Expressive is an ecosystem of various dance and fitness class formats, instructor training programs, creative Dance Visuals, and schools where energy and emotion are at the heart of everything we do.

Within our method, movement becomes an outlet for authentic self-expression. Technique is important, but it cannot exist without a clear understanding of the energy and emotional layer behind every single step, glance, gesture, and breath.

We train and certify instructors worldwide in @chair_dance_express, @partyrobics, and the Body Expressive Method, bringing diversity to sensual movement and blending it with liveliness, authenticity, and emotional expression.

The song "𝗔𝗽𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗶" (Threat in Greek: ἀπειλή) and I were in love at first sight. I asked the authors if it would be okay to make it the main song for @chair_dance_express , and they said yes. 🤎💍

The producer, @nikos.freshdrop, shared 𝘈𝘱𝘦𝘪𝘭𝘪 with me still before the final mastering. It took hearing it only once... and a complete vision of a dance, its atmosphere, and emotions appeared. I knew what it would make me become.

A sound that not only inspires you, but invades your imagination so deeply that you can't defend your mind against it, is a special feeling.

When I recorded the first dance, @al6_freshdrop (who wrote and performs 𝘈𝘱𝘦𝘪𝘭𝘪) texted me that "𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘺."

It's fascinating how two creators can transcend themselves through a piece of sound and movement

That comment hit deeply because, in the Body Expressive Method, dance is exactly about creating fantasies. And also... because, personally, I am a better fantasy than reality for many. (A comment I won't elaborate on... think what you must. 😄)

Congratulations to Alex and Nikos for this amazing production. I don't say things like this lightly, just because I know or like people. I'm serious about music. No favours. 😁

𝘈𝘱𝘦𝘪𝘭𝘪 is simply so hot, and you have to dance to it to understand how sensual AND sensational it makes you feel.

I will definitely add this song to our Instructor Training Course and have all our trainees dance and create to it.

I'm already waiting for the next song, guys. Congratulations.

And one more thing...

The world of art is hard. Making it through, especially nowadays when everything moves so fast, attention spans are so short, and the market is overflowing, isn't easy.
But good is good.

Not everything has to be measured by the number of likes or views. Sometimes it's about how deeply you affect your audience. The depth of the impact. The length of its echo.

𝗜𝗻 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝘅𝘆𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗻
