A little more about the hearts (and faces) behind Beat 🤍

We thought it was time to officially introduce ourselves! We’re Katya (left) and Chanelle (right), two friends brought together by a love of nourishing food and deeply shared values. What began as countless conversations about food, wellness, and purpose slowly grew into Beat, our shared passion project.

Katya is a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, specialising in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and baby nutrition.
 Chanelle is a marketing and content creator in the health-conscious and wellness space, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Beat was born from a need for convenient, nourishing meals, and a shared belief that food is love and the foundation of health - that nourishing ourselves is an act of self-care. Every meal and product we create is rooted in intention and care, using premium, nutrient-dense ingredients to support true balance and wellbeing.

We’re so grateful you’re here and can’t wait to share what we’ve been cooking up 🌿
